This location has ample parking, the double cheeseburger and fish sandwich were hot and delicious, the fries were lukewarm but the sweet tea was amazing! I highly recommend this McDonald's! 👍

The cashier was very helpful in assisting my four year old grandson in selecting his breakfast.

i worked in Mcdonald's for awhile before it was shut down.it was inside Walmart in Hanes Mill Rd.

The order was correct, the food was good, the service was great and drive thru was clean! Smiling people. I love it!

Their spicy tenders are to die for 🤤 I see why they are getting advertised so much. Totally can tell that it's real chicken

My food was hot and good. I was a little confused when my order was ready because I didn't receive a receipt with my order number.

Must've been busy before we got there. A lot of used tables needed cleaning up. Otherwise the usual great experience 😁

OMG AMAZE-BALLS... THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO GET A RAISE AND TRAIN THE REST OF THE MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE.. We were driving in the snow storm that had dumped about 3 or 4 inches so far. The roads were just starting to get covered in snow so we stopped for breakfast.

The lady inside was super cool and professional. When we got to the drive thru we wanted to add an item and she informed me she wasn't supposed to bc she was the only one working in the whole place and had to go and make the food. I said I would pull back around, but she said it was OK.

She was literally the only employee there. She took the drive thru orders, ( we thought it was a little long of a wait to place order at the drive thru at first, then it made sense when she told us she was the only one who showed up, ) and she made the food, served the food to us at the drive thru.. she had a positive attitude and a smile, and even wished us a happy, and safe trip as we left.

I have been to McDonald's for a long time, and I can honestly say this was the best service and the best food I have ever gotten at any McDonald's anywhere and at anytime. THE FOOD WAS HOT, PERFECTLY MADE, NOT SLOPPY, AND WRAPPED UP PERFECT AND NEAT. All of the extras we asked for were in the bag, and she didn't complain one time. She even apologized about the wait time explaining she was doing her best bc she was the only one there. I didn't get her name and that frustrates me because she needs individual recognition. She was a short heavy set white lady, ( wish I had her name to call corporate and tell them how awesome she was,)... And she was by far the best part of my day. ( I drive 20 hours thru blizzard snowfall to Kentucky for family emergency .. ugh the whole trip sucked big hairy butt cracks, but this lady made me smile even amongst all that, she needs a medal and a raise,)

Take notice guys. This is the type of customer service that creates SUPER LOYALY. If I lived in that area, I would drive out of my way to visit her store to get my food bc of this type of service and food quality. Seriously... I always cast my vote loud and clear with my dollars and you guys should be rewarding her for the type of representation she is giving to your store.

My family and I stopped at this McDonald’s drive-through on the way home from a hiking trip. It was early afternoon (well prior to supper time) and business was booming. The drive-through line was quite long, but the wait was not unbearable. The employees seem to be on top of things, getting vehicles moved through the line fairly quickly and delivering an accurate order to us. The food was hot, and it was a great meal after a long day.

I haven't ate there burgers in a while now, but we were out and right next to this one. My little niece loves her hot donald's and didn't want to go anywhere else. So we stopped and got her favorite thing, nuggets, nothing else. So me and my wife got burgers and I have to say I don't know what they have changed but that was the best one I have ever ate from here. I was really shocked by how good it was and it was lunch so they were busy. I will have to start going back to McDonald's again. I just hope my local one is as good. Probably not, but we will see

Big, clean location staffed by friendly employees. Food came out hot and fresh, and order was complete with no errors. Dining room is large with plenty of indoor seating. There is no play area for children. Bathrooms and dining room were clean. Easy to access off the interstate.

I had to go on a road trip, and sometimes you just have to have McDonald's. So stopping on a road trip is always iffy. But this time I totally lucked up. Nice, wonderful young lady waited on me with pleasure. The place was clean even though they were busy! Bathrooms were very clean. I will put this place on my going home to see family road trips from now on!! Thanks guys I had a really nice experience with your McDonald's

Me and my boyfriend are new to the area and eat here very often. Every night they get my VERY complicated sandwich correct, with smiling faces and quick service. I applaud the employees and managers for being so upbeat, even when customers hardly allow for it. Would definitely eat here if you want fast food.

The first time I was in this McDonald's, everything was so fast, I just ordered and everything was quickly prepared.

The only McDonald’s store with a dining room open around right now, that I have found. They have good and hot food. They are very clean. Most of the staff are courteous. They move the lines very promptly. I am amazed that their ice cream and milkshake machine works so much better, and more often than their other locations lol 😅😂🤣 👏👏👏

This McDonald's was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm a single mother of three small kids. All the way from ordering to delivering the food to our table to exiting the door everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide.

Order is always correct and staff is professional and efficient.

Love the Big Mac is my favorite. Quarter Pounder is great. I love all their coffee's and lattes and frappe. They also have a great breakfast menu. Great prices and selection of different burgers and other foods. They also have a low price menu. Handicapped parking and restrooms. A very clean restrooms and restaurants. And a very friendly and helpful staff.

Love their food. Just wish they would go back to DINE IN like every other restaurant on University. I dislike drive thru and eating cold food by the time you get home. I would eat there more often if they did.

I get something different everytime I go, I love the variety of food that they have and the drive thru staff has always been so nice.
