Fleet Feet North Raleigh

Since I am a non-traditional runner, I was a bit anxious about going in when I visited. The staff member who greeted and assisted me was kind, engaging, and non-judgmental.

They did the foot-scan thing and found the foot size was also non-traditional, so they had to have the proper shoes sent in from a different location.

That all happened very smoothly and I had my shoes, which I have run in successfully all year, within a couple of days. Top marks for the north Raleigh Fleet Feet location! Recommended especially if you've never been to a running store before.

We had been shopping all day to find some good shoes for my wife. We went into the Fleet Feet store in Raleigh and Miguel helped us find the perfect shoe for her. He was extremely patient and informative as he presented several different options. Definitely would go back again!!

Larry did a great job taking care of me as I explained what my goals were. I also appreciate that he realized I was a veteran and gave me a military discount without me even mentioning anything. I would have completely forgotten to ask for a military discount to be honest. Thank you, Larry!

Miguel, the sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and a very good listener and quickly found the perfect shoe and the perfect fit for me. Thank you for the best service and having the most wonderful shoe products available.

Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a proper *reliable* pair of running shoes that work for them and a pair they know that will work when they need new ones. Jeff was very helpful and open to helping. What’s so great about this place is they scan your feet so they know what shoe options could work best for you, so they know which ones to bring out for you to try. Anyone who is an avid runner/athlete needs a store like this to get the best shoes that work best for them. Great experience and great store with great staff.

The 1:1 assistance I recieved was excellent, made the experience very nice and quick. The 3D imaging of my feet is very detailed and I get the results sent to my email so I have a copy, it made finding the best fit easy. And finally, unlike many stores, they have larger half sizes available in store, even for women. I needed a 10.5 women's and they had 5 color options in stock!! 10/10 will return to Fleet Feet

I love how the sales associate takes time to hear your needs. I walked out with the perfect pair. They were immediately comfortable. I wore them today to workout with no issues! No blisters! And my dance instructor even commented I had extra glitter in my moves. I think it was the superior bounce and comfort of the shoes Fleet Feet fitted me with!

Luis was so knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me target a specific pain I was experiencing in my foot. Gave lots of options for insoles/shoes & provided expertise without making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want to. Everyone in the store also seemed very welcoming. I’m a big fan of this location!!

Had a great customer service experience at Fleet Feet in north Raleigh. The staff was highly knowledgeable, the shoes and socks are a perfect fit and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I'll buy my next pair here. There was a short wait to be seen, but it was Saturday afternoon before the holidays. It didn't take long.

Very happy with our visit! My wife was looking a pair of on cloud shoes and they were the closest place that had them. The gentleman that waited on us was outstanding! Had several questions to help my wife make an educated choice as for her next pair of shoes.

This was the best experience for me and shoes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Putnam who was the best shoe expert I’ve ever seen. They first asked me about my preference and I had told them that we were referred here by a physical therapist because of knee and ankle issues and they 3D scanned my feet and we found great options. He had fit me in very little time and we found what we wanted. Definitely recommend Putnam and this place.

As soon as I walked in, I was helped by Rae who was very helpful, very nice, and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as a new runner getting my first pair of "true" running shoes. The foot scan was very detailed and was extremely informative. Rae brought me out a choice of 4 pairs of shoes which helped me in making my decision to purchase much easier and not as overwhelming. All shoes were very comfortable and high quality. I will definitely come back again when I need to purchase my next pair!

Fleet Feet in North Raleigh is awesome. They do a great job answering questions and showing you all the shows you may be interested in. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This past week we had the chance to work with Larry. Larry was awesome and we’d love to go back just to work with him again. Larry listened to what we were looking for and brought great suggestions. He had us try some shoes we’d never pick ourselves but they were so comfortable and fit our needs great. He also was able to fit me with an insole that fit great. I had a previous, mediocre experience with a different insole and Larry made sure I was comfortable with it and got to see several options that may fit me well. Thanks again, Larry!! We’ll definitely be back!

First visit to the store by a doctor referral. I was greeted by Mike who meticulously went through the fitting process, paying particular attention to the post surgical issues I have, and offering a selection of footwear to try. I found the perfect shoe and I'm already seeing a difference in my comfort level and foot stability. I will certainly be a customer from here forward.

Sale associates are so knowledgeable and helpful! This is the only place I shop for running shoes since they are so attentive and always know exactly what type of shoe will fit me best. I just bought some new ASICS running shoe and they are phenomenal and so comfortable to wear.

Great experience! Ask for Mike! Super easy - I told Mike the issues I was having with my current shoes. He immediately knew sizing was the likely problem. He did the scan and brought out a few pairs of shoes for me to try. I was not rushed at all, but the whole thing took about 15 minutes and I was on my way with a new pair of shoes that fit great and are very comfortable. Thank you Mike!
