It seems others have had different experiences than I have, but I wanted to share my own.

The staff I spoke with on check-in were quite cordial, incredibly professional. The room I had was clean and spacious, one of the best I've had in a long time. And all for a price I found rather competitive.

While I recognize others have not had this experience, my first-time experience has led me to see the Double Tree as my current golden standard for hotels to go to. I hope that if you visit here, your experience is as good as mine.

Sara is AMAZING!!! In approximately TWO months... I brainstormed. She listened. We strategized (with event planners of course). She fulfilled a significant role in the success of my ceremony!
I thank Sara personally because she was in the forefront, the face of Hilton. She was my "go to". Her expertise was unparalleled. She always availed herself which eased my "bridal anxieties".
Of course, my fairy tale vision would not have come to life without the assistance of our TEAM (Hilton staff, event planners, family and friends). We ALL worked together beautifully! I had no complaints! Thank you all! My husband and I will be forever grateful for the memories you allowed us to create there at the Doubletree by Hilton!

Clean large rooms, comfortable bedding. We are going online to purchase pillows. Price was actually reasonable for the quality.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in this year! From the friendly greeting when we first checked in, to the atmosphere of the hotel itself, this should be considered a 5 star hotel!! The food from the Magnolia Bistro is so delicious!!

The room was nice and big with two beds. It was updated and beautiful, as well as comfortable!

Plus they have a gorgeous outdoor pool with an amazing set up of chairs, tables, and an outdoor grill!

Nice rooms friendly service and staff a lot of nice features and amenities for their guests the location could be better because it's right off of a very busy highway in Winston

The fitness room well equipped well sized pool was indispensable but it's the middle of the winter season

Great stay, comfy bed, and the location was perfect for our job that day.

We enjoyed our stay at this Double Tree ... (altho no cookies offered at this location) ... Notable are clean rooms, well appointed and quiet. Breakfast is a very well offered traditional buffet with a great super friendly attendant - delicious. Great parking available. Easy access to the highway. Quiet location. Definitely recommended.

I wanted to thank Larry for his amazing service. The man went above and beyond to try and find a lost item for me. It was greatly appreciated.

The hotel was great. I selected the hotel because of the price and close proximity to everything I needed access too while conducting business in Winston-Salem. When I first walked into the lobby of the hotel the ambiance was so nice the decor was absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t wait to take pics. The hotel was very clean. I am that person that always travel with cleaning supplies and this was even before COVID. I spray and wipe down everything and when I tell you there wasn’t a piece of hair on the bathroom floor, the bed linen was clean not a spot. I threw away a lot of pretty clean Lysol wipes. I liked it so much I booked a room for the following week to attend private services for my loved one. The experience was absolutely great, the staff was wonderful. I have no complaints. I would definitely use this establishment on my next visit. Thank you to the GM and the front desk clerks for everything.

Great welcome by the front desk and those cookies were amazing! The room was clean and the hotel offers a lot of amenities for the value. Great location as well!

💗 2nd/3rd shift young black at the desk was great and very professional. The black man at the desk sat morning 9/3/22 was great also and so was hit outfit and shoes 😀😍. Nice breakfast-not continental but I'm a Hilton honors so I have credits so it does cost.
Very beautiful facility and pool and workout room are great also. We enjoyed our stay.

I always have great experiences at Hilton Hotels and this hotel is no different! My only complaint was I didn't get my cookie at check in because we got here late and they were all out 😫 However, the service was excellent. ALL of my experiences with Staff was amazing and I enjoyed the breakfast 😋 It wasn't 5 star but the atmosphere was clean and I had options. The room was spacious , clean and on the top floor which meant no noise over us. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Winston-Salem!

Larry at the front desk was phenomenal!! Can't say enough good things about him

Had to check in for an overnight stay due to an emergency. The front desk clerk found me the best rate and got me to my room quickly, he even had a fresh baked cookie for all 3 of us! I work at night and needed some Z's before I clocked in and the room was perfect! With the black out curtains and comfortable bed, I was immediately off to dreamland. The building was clean throughout and you could smell the cleanliness on the bed linen and towels. The cleaning staff were professional and friendly! Outstanding hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enjoyed my stay despite the purpose of my visit. The staff were patient and kind, and the hot breakfast made me feel better because they server went out of her,way to make me shelled eggs...not egg beaters, which I hate.

I needed to stay for work. The customer service was excellent. The hotel in its self is beautiful. The room I was in needs a little make over. Some of the items including the picture in the bathroom need to be replaced. They had quite a bit of rust on them.

We stayed there for 8 days. Five were reserved and the others were because we had to extend our stay. My husband and myself were very thankful that the staff was so helpful, we've had a lot of stress because we were moving from SC to NC and our home wasn't ready to be moved into and the doubletree staff made our stress so much less. Highly recommend this Hilton hotel.

Had a nice stay room was nice and clean. The front desk worker Pablo was awesome he went above and beyond for us he was very professional and really helpful made or stay there much better would really recommend this hotel.

Checking in and out ran very smooth. Cookies were delicious! Room was spacious and I absolutely loved the decor. The wallpaper was my favorite throughout the hotel. Wasn't able to eat within the restaurant but room service was good. Just a quick note, add less salt to your fries. Room was the cleanest I have seen in along time. Thank you.
