we travel a lot - so we were concerned about the delivery process for furniture we ordered from Hickory Park Furniture. Home Delivery Service was wonderful. They worked around our travel schedule for delivery. The delivery guys were very courteous and took great care of the furniture when they unpacked it for delivery into our house. We used them again for another purchase with the same great service!

Had NOTHING but a wonderful experience with this team. Everything was delivered on time and all in excellent condition. I definitely will be using them again the next time I order furniture from Hickory Furniture Mart, I definitely will. My salesman there was great too. Thanks, Paul.

Staff in-person and over the phone were cordial, helpful, and professional. It took a little longer to get our couch than expected (a little over a month once the couch was completed) as they had to wait for other deliveries in our area. Overall, though, they did a nice job bringing the couch up 3 flights of stairs and into our apartment.

As a designer I depended on and trusted Home Delivery Service on numerous occasions when it was necessary to have furniture orders delivered outside our own local delivery area, often a client’s coastal or mountain home. Always pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy.

The store gave me an estimate of 2-4 weeks and it came in 4 weeks and two days. The guys were courteous and assembled the bed for me. I couldn't have done it myself and could not have been more delighted.
