Very friendly , caring staff and have always felt important from the time I check in to check out. I have seen several NP there and always being given time to express any concerns. Stacy has been a lifesaver to me and my health journey to get back on track.

I wanted to take a second to give 'kudos' to the staff. My husband needed some paperwork completed and it was very easy to work with Hope when dropping off the documents. Upon returning it was noticed that there was a need to adjust the information which I just knew was going to be a challenge because the office appeared to be busy and the fact that the paperwork had been completed once. It was to my surprise that as a team Beth, Hope, and Kim tagged-team my concern and it was handled without hesitant and much professionalism. Most of all they never made me feel as if it was fault -- it was no one's fault -- just a required clarification on what was needed. I thank those three ladies and Dr. Potti for responding to our immediate need. Great customer service!!!!

Dr. Abbot is always helpful and caring. If he is not able to help with what is wrong, he quickly refers you to a specialist who can help. His staff is friendly and caring also and helps you get an appointment within a few days of calling. I highly recommend Arcadia Family Practice!

I have been going to this office for months now ( dealt with Baptist before that what a mistake). Everyone from the moment you walk in are very kind and actually listen to you. If there is a problem with blood work they address it immediately. They are not a let me put you on meds and mask the issue. I strongly refer this doctors office to anyone.

They are best staff I have ever encountered. Very friendly polite concerned always speak when you come in and leaving even if it’s not the nurse that’s checking you in or out I just love it here so glad I decided to switch to here. Shout out to the Drs and the nurses staff
