Quality Inn & Suites Hanes Mall

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Internet is fast. Rooms are clean, no bugs. And if you have the chance to meet Tom, the gentleman that works at the front desk in the mornings is an absolute delight of a person. Tom made sure my stay was a welcoming one and I cannot wait to stay at this location in the future.

I love it! The beds where so comfortable I have fibro and so much is uncomfortable but the bed i got now is the most comfortable i have had in years. I use 4000 count Is egyptian cotton bed sheets and i think these sheets are very soft and so are the pillows. The blanket had a downy alternative loved it expected them to be rough. Loved the staff called me by name. One employee went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME!!! I have gotten the best customer care ever here.The room was spotless with a comforter chair that you use at the table. But the power plug didn't work in the bathroom. Asked them to fix the hair dryer never did. Cause I had to go get my own towels the next day maid knocked on the door and asked if I needed anything. They didn't clean the room while I was there cause of covid The breakfast is so light. You can make waffles that are good. I got there 930 and 945 hot water was cold so no hot coco but I also didn't say anything the coffe was horrible but I'm used to real creamer not half and half. The rest oatmeal, grits, 2 kinds of cereal, bagels, bread, honey buns, yogurt, a sausage sandwich and 4 types of cold drinks. There is a restaurant here didn't try it. Lobby is nice. Loving my stay here!!

5 stars entirely because of Tom at the front desk. Incredibly nice and helpful, really makes an effort to go above and beyond and really cares about the guests. Answers any questions very kindly and patiently, great service and a very nice little hotel

This hotel was very clean. My room was nice and my bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful! I will stay with them again

Great location, rooms are all ways clean. Staff is friendly, I have stayed there number of time over the past 6 years. It is nice to walk into a place and they call you by name. That makes you feel good. It is a older Hotel the staff works very hard to keep it up. The problem is some Guest don't RESPECT the rooms. If you check into a room and you see something wrong let them know and it will be corrected.
Tom does a phenomenal job with the crew keeping everything up and running keep up the good work guys.

I had an enjoyable experience everyone was so friendly they wasn't a bunch of ruckus and nonsense going on. And our deposit was back into our account B4 I knew it great place to stay.

Recently we had an event at the quality inn and it was a great experience! The staff and management was a pleasure to work with. Bobbie was very helpful in helping us get everything we needed and was a great resource for catering and decors. She kept in contact with us during the planning and made sure our vision came to life. There was staff available to support us on the day of the event to make sure things ran smoothly. The location is good and easy to find. Great spot for birthday parties and private events!

I stay here every time I come back to my hometown. The staff is always great, and it’s great pricing and the location is convenient

In town cause my daughter was having brain surgery. Thomas at the front desk was amazing. He called my wife and I by our names the whole time we were there. He just made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and I was very comfortable there. If I'm in town again I'll be staying here.

I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with this hotel! Our daughter was in the hospital for 5 days and the employees were so kind and helpful! Thomas is the most awesome person I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel! We are very thankful for their kindness during a difficult time we were going through! ❤

I have seen so many different reviews regarding this hotel. This place was excellent. Bed had the bed bug protector on it. shower/tub was clean. Bathroom was clean. Doors locked. TV worked. Wasn't shady at all. I'm a New Yorker maybe I'm just not scared of people that are also staying at the hotel. Stop giving harsh reviews when there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. This was actually my 2nd time there in about a 7 year span. Nothing horrific. Stay with your family or by yourself. Its all good!!!

Close by work as we only stay there when on call, since we live an hour away. May seem slightly outdated far as aesthetics go, but its a good price while on a budget and serves its purpose for a nice night's sleep. Plus can't wait to try the new restaurant they have there. ^^

I was able to book my stay last minute, and the staff was exceptionally kind and polite. When I checked in, I was pleased to see that many of the COVID protections were still in place for their staff's safety. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the shower because it the water was much hotter than expected. Breakfast was good as well.

This hotel and staff are outstanding ! Quality Inn Hanes Mall is the best place to stay in W-S for an affordable and hospitable experience. We had spent the previous night at an AWFUL hotel, a different Quality Inn located on University. It was a miserable experience and we needed to make new arrangements. Called over to the Hanes Mall location. Greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable man who assured me that they had a room for us and that he would hold it for us until we sorted out our problems at University location. When we arrived at the Hanes Mall location it was like the sun had replaced the cloudy day. The facility is clean inside and outside, and very welcoming from the first step though the door. The front desk manager, same as on the phone earlier, was world-class in his personable professionalism. Thomas, you are one of the greatest employee assets that we have ever seen. Made our stay perfect, truly not one moment when we weren't happy to be at Hanes Mall Quality Inn. The room was clean and modern and fully stocked, very comfortable. The rest of the front desk staff and facilities staff were excellent as well, very friendly and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this place and these people, thanks so much for helping us turn around our trip to Winston Salem. Highly recommend staying at Quality Inn Hanes Mall,

We were on a business trip to high point and the place is literally a peace home for us . the staff is very good and cooperative .

Well I tell you what! I was not expecting such a wonderful stay at this place but it was lovely!!!
The bed was comfy and the room spacious.
We had the jacuzzi sweet.
It came with a fridge and a microwave and them a full bathroom.
The place was as big as my friends apartment. We enjoyed lots of great things to do close by as well.
But what really made this birthday celebration so great was the staff. Housekeeping works hard. But it was Christine? (Lord please be name) at the front desk.
This girl worked hard for us! She was amazing from booking the reservation, to making us feel welcomed, to explaining what we needed to know, to replacing out key. She was just on point! I really appreciate her outstanding customer service knowing how much harder things have been since 2020.
I cant thank you enough and we will be back!

Pros: great experience when checking out this am, gentlemen super friendly, greeted me by name before even looking up my room and just very pleasant.
Hotel price/value very good, no road noises and cleanliness very good.
Cons: pool still not open, shower pressure in 134 was horrible, tub in 132 very slow to drain.
Overall a good stay and good value for the money.

Great loved the pool and staff were amazing and really went above and beyond!

Not only were the accommodations clean and pleasant but the staff was phenomenal. After my car broke down, Thomas at the front desk graciously let us extend our stay into the afternoon free of charge. I cannot emphasize how grateful we are for the hospitality and we will definitely be returning.
