My husband and I loved our quick stop here. I had the Iced Chai Tea Latte and a Rose Garden Mom Bun. They were a perfect pair. He had a Batch Brew Coffee and a Coffee Cake Muffin.

My absolute favorite breakfast spot in the area. Coffee is always great, staff is friendly, and the gluten free biscuit is the best I’ve ever had!

The best coffee shop in Brevard! The staff is so helpful and kind. The lattes are amazing and I love the thistle in my matcha latte. One of the perks is that alternative milks cost no extra. The biscotti is huge and well worth it. Take a break here!

This is such a sweet spot in Brevard! The service is always spectacular-especially Elizabeth in The Mercantile! The food is amazing, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is just delightful. I would highly recommend this spot!

We really enjoyed every bite of every item we ordered: absolutely delicious chicken salad in a sandwich (I wish they sell it separately:), as well as their grilled veggies sandwich with cream cheese, very light and tasty quiche, and, of course, coffee - to die for! So good we bought a bag to make some at home. But we still love to visit from time to time❤

very impressed by cup & saucer, I've always wanted to experience a coffee shop where they give you the actual dishes to use. The latte art was amazing and the honey latte that I got was so delicious. it was definitely one of Brevard's best coffee places! can't wait to go back someday!! :)

Great addition to the Brevard coffee scene. Good location on Main, plentiful seating and excellent coffee and light menu (including yummy egg and cheese biscuit). And open early like a coffee shop should.

I had an oat milk latte and my boyfriend had a quad shot of espresso. We both ordered the potato bowls. I love that you can get healthier options but they are still very delicious and satisfying! Prices were also super reasonable and the staff was lovely. We’ll definitely be back.

Good stuff! Quality product (I purchased a mocha) and nice staff. Unlike many other coffee shops, there is plenty of seating both inside and outside of the cafe, and plenty of space as well. You won’t get that, oh so familiar shoe horned feeling at this place.

I normally don’t review places because I forget to do it. But, this coffee shop is easily top 3 coffee shops in western NC. My wife and had matcha latte that was impeccable and I had a cortado and batch brew. The spro was perfectly dialed, oat milk textured perfectly, coffee was good.

The only thing is wish was different was having a nut free vegan option as my wife is allergic to nuts. But, I understand that probably wouldn’t be the best of sellers.

All in all, it was 100% worth the 40 minute drive for a coffee from here and we will be back.

We are locals and this is our go to place for good pastries, coffee and breakfast biscuits in a nice and friendly environment. Service is always quick and courteous, the space is clean and attractive and every item we’ve ever purchased has been very good. Prices are reasonable for this level of quality.
Covid protocols are well observed and most patrons comply. Brevard is fortunate to have a high quality cafe like this.

Flat white ++++ it’s 6 oz and so delicious, my husbands words, “it’s been a long time since I enjoyed coffee with milk” (we compare everything to our coffee drinking experiences in New Zealand)
Pourover ++++ using single-origin beans from Cooperative coffee, roasted in west Asheville, and I’m biased because I am a subscription customer of them. But it was so refreshing & cost only $5!

Wonderful addition for downtown Brevard. It is the best coffee experience to be found. Have tried all of the other coffee spots and they pale in comparison to Cup and Saucer. Their Cappuccino, Latte and Hot Chocolate delight as do their delicious cookies and scones. Plus the ambience is great--Enjoy and be thankful!

Loved this place! The peppermint mocha with oat milk was very tasty, not too heavy on the peppermint, with delicious peppermint marshmallows. I couldn't finish it because I was still pretty full from lunch, but I managed the giant marshmallow! The kid hot chocolate was the perfect size for a 3-8 year old and came with two marshmallows. The cappuccino got a hearty thumbs up from someone who loves them, and a picky fella killed the giant hot chocolate with whipped cream. The ambience is comfortable, and the servers very friendly.

Nice and powerful matcha latte, alternative dairy product options, plenty of seating indoors, outdoors, and in the mercantile store in the back. Great spot for remote work.

Cool environment, friendly service and great coffee! 👍🏻 Chris served us and he was excellent. Prices are reasonable. If youre looking for something local rather than a chain this is the spot.
