Josh showed me a great time while at the Verizon store in Brevard. Had me laughing and smiling while still getting business done. If you come here or to the one on Brevard Road, ask for Josh! You'll have a great time and get a great deal! Best service I've ever had in any phone store.

Went in to the store to upgrade my husbands phone and walked out with some great deals! Mark Kohlenberger was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! I would recommend making an appointment with him before you go to the store. You won't be disappointed!

Recently bought a new phone and watch at this location. Josh B was very helpful throughout the whole process. When Verizon refused to accept my trade in he worked diligently to get the problem resolved, which ended up taking a few weeks. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to stick with it, that saved me a lot of money! Excellent customer service!

Ariel was a godsend! I had lost my phone on the side of a mountain.

She quickly brought up my account. She found the best upgrade I could get, and what's more, helped me find out that it cost next to nothing for the upgrade!

She was transparent about any fees. She clearly communicated what I needed and did not need.

I walked out in no more than 30 minutes! I would make a trip to this Verizon store, just to do business with Ariel again!

William and Cody were AMAZING!!. We came in around 7:30 and they treated us like we were the most important customer in the world. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I worked with Tyler Arant to get a new phone and could not have had a better time. He was very nice and helpful. I had to bring my old phone back in a couple days later and he was with another customer so William Downing helped me finish my return. Tyler still came over when he could to greet me. They both made my experience awesome!

Chris was amazing. There was a 4 hour issue with Apple ID and he tried everything possible including calling Apple and working through till I got my new iPhone 14 all set up. We were working the issue so long we got food delivered! He was pleasant the whole time!

I was treading in an older phone for a new Iphone SE. The representative and I had a problem with my Apple ID. I was having problem with my Apple ID and the system would not recognise me. This led to Elizabeth having to work on my phone a while, and on the 2nd day Apple Care helped solved the problem for, us by telling us that we had asked for help right in the middle of their rescue actions for helping with an apple ID with information about what was happening. Instead of re-establishing service by answering a secret question( My birthday, which the system decided was "incorrect", and the two-factor call was not sent or received by my phone, because we were in the process of setting it up! Elizabeth was great, and put up with the Apple reps, without losing her patience, and finally got these people to listen to her! With just a couple of clarifications, she restated my phone 's system and continued to set my phone up! I was in awe of her knowledge and her professionalism.

Holden was more than helpful recently as my sister and I were purchasing new phones and watches. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient while assisting us with setup and transfer of info. The entire experience was the best I have had with any cell service. Thank you Holden and Verizon.

I was In version a couple weeks ago and made an appt with Aaron. He was a very knowledgeable and respectful young man!! He helped me upgrade my phone and get me on my own plan!! It was an awesome experience would so recommend!!

I highly recommend Holden West to assist other people at the Verizon’s Store in Brevard, NC. I especially needed his proactive skills & leadership abilities to help me make the right decisions. Holden was a professional, a good communicator & his knowledge of products were indispensable to me! I was encouraged thru this process & things were completed in a timely manner. I had been experiencing problems with my X5 phone and then suddenly POW a Sim Card failure! She was fast to replace it and get me back up and running in under an hour until a new phone could arrive. Second visit was just as great. She had everything ready for me and transferred to my new phone like the pro that she is!!

William Downing provided us exceptional customer service, really above & beyond. We kept having issues with our account & devices, and he just stayed with it until things were right. Somebody needs to give him a raise or put that guy on salary cause he did the best job of anybody I've worked with in Brevard for the last 16yrs.

Absolutely stellar experience today at Cellular Sales. Upgraded to a Pixel 7 Pro and the service and attention to detail was outstanding. If you want and effortless upgrade experience, head over to these guys instead of the corporate Verizon stores -- HUGE difference in the quality of attention and service. Ask for William, he did a terrific job with us and knows his stuff.
