Wonderful store full of unique gifts and clothing. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I bought a cute dress there with help from Patricia. I will definitely be back.

What a gem! Theophilus is a treasure in beautiful Brevard. The store is pleasing to stroll through, it has unique items for gifts, and fun and stylish clothing. However even better than their merchandise - is their staff. They greet you (often by name), they are attentive, give you fashion suggestions and will be honest with their opinion. There is an atmosphere of specialness and relaxation from the moment you enter their doors.

Have LOVED this magical store since first stumbling on it one 4th of July. Every time I am back in Brevard I plan several stops. The merchandising is top notch. Their selection of items - a blend of unique and classic and now! Kindest staff and knowledgeable. Wonderful at helping pick out the perfect item for you or gift for others. When I am back home in Los Angeles, I still seek any store that has the combination of Theophilus - and am still searching! Even the way they wrap your goods is wonderful... Martha is magificent... and so is this store!

Theophilus has been my favorite shop in Brevard, NC since we built a home here 8 years ago. Great selection of merchandise that can only be described as “Your favorite things!” The family owned business is obviously a dream come true for the owners. You would have a hard time finding a shop/boutique in the state of NC with better customer service. I’ve recently had the good fortune of having them as a client and their having great success with retailing our local coffee.

Impressive variety of ladies' accessories, baby items, home decor items, and bath & body products, etc. Was only in town for a few hours and spent the majority of my time in this one establishment. Bought a nice purse for myself and a few gifts for others. I'll definitely shop here again during my next visit to Brevard!

This dream shop does an awesome job dressing this 50+ year old mom and her 20+ year old daughter. The staff always makes me feel special, remembering me and pulling together lots of options that are just my style. They know their products and their customers. <3 them!!

Covid has kept me from doing much in-person shopping, but I finally returned to my FAVE store in Brevard, NC ... and I was not disappointed, per usual! Very safe social distancing, steaming of clothes once tried on, and very helpful, friendly staff ... PLUS a store full of colorful clothes, gifts, toys, housewares, jewelry, sunglasses, readers, candles, etc. Honestly, they just get it right. Every. Single. Time.

If you are in downtown Brevard, make sure you visit Theophilus. The staff is always so helpful and welcoming and the clothes are suited for all ages and sizes! Great style and great service—thank you Martha and Becca!!!

Theophilus has just about anything you could want for you or the gals in your life - gifts, women and ladies' apparel, home décor, paper goods, bath products. All at range of price points and styles. Good luck running in to grab "just one thing." If you're like me, you'll lose track of time smelling candles and caressing sweaters. Great experience. They were very friendly, went out of the way to find multiples of what I was looking for to give me options. They even gift wrapped for free.
