Best of the BEST! This year stayed in Site 77 for 3 weeks. Mtn Falls is my little slice of heaven to escape from the summer Florida heat. Stunning views, fabulous staff, and residents are just so nice. Just completed our 5th visit. Can’t say enough good things about this place. LOVE IT THERE! See you next year for a month in June and another month in the Fall!

We are at moutain falls rv resort in Toxaway NC. Lot 136. They are the best we were headed to cashier yesterday got 2 miles down street n r Jeep lost all electrical. Thank goodness we got off main road rv resort sent help to us n safe got someone to tow. Office is taking us tomorrow to brevard to rent a car. They are the best. Ever since my family has owned a plot in mountain falls, We’ve loved it and haven’t had anything wrong happen. The atmosphere is amazing and the people are even better. All i can say is this place is a must on a trip.

We loved it here! We were lucky to get a site on the Ridge, lot R26. The views are spectacular! The people are very friendly, the grounds immaculate. This resort is luxury glamping at its best! Amenities include 8 pickleball courts, heated pool, hot tub, 9-hole golf course, clubhouse, golf cart rentals, hiking, and a well-equipped fitness center. We heard there’s fun events throughout the week as well. The happy hour beverage cart on Thursdays seems to be a crowd favorite. We only got to stay for one night but will definitely return! Highly recommend

Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach resort is the most amazing Motorcoach resort in the county. The summers are cool, the people are friendly, the views are amazing, the RV slots are beyond beautiful, and there is tons to do. If you like shopping it’s 20 minutes away. I’d you like boating it’s just down the road, if you like golf it’s on the property, if you like hiking with waterfalls they are steps away. If you like pickleball it’s everyday on property. There is no better place to park and stay than Mountain Falls. I will warn you that once you get there you will never leave!!!

An absolutely gorgeous Class A RV resort. We were welcomed with a friendly and helpful staff that showed us to our RV site and went over information for the resort. To say the view from our site was breathtaking is an understatement. We stayed on the ridge and it felt like we were on top of the world overlooking all the valley's and mountain tops. The resort is beautiful and kept immaculate with top notch amenities. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open for the season yet so we were in able to enjoy it. We are big hikers and this resort was extremely close to a lot of great trails. Other folks staying at the resort we're incredibly friendly. This resort is much different than staying at a typical campground so if you are used to that feel when camping, you may not get that feeling here. Sites are large and luxuriously decorated with outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, stone paver pads and beautiful landscaping. All the sites are owned by someone, who may not want to let a stranger use their $50,000 outdoor kitchen. I completely understand...I probably wouldn't want to either. If you go in knowing you aren't staying at a gravel site in a typical campground with that type of feel, then you will probably enjoy your stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this RV resort.

We arrived here when a hurricane was supposed to hit the coast and middle of NC. We drive a 28ft Class A and have two dogs, we were treated by friendly staff members who let us know about all the activities they had planned for the week.

The staff then drove us to our spot , helped us park and made sure we were happy. Every spot is a 50 amp powered and ready for the biggest Rigs, well manicured and with plenty of room. They had a drink cart deliver us a mixed drink on Thursday evening and had an amazing Friday evening event with food and drinks and a live band.

I would absolutely recommend Mountain Falls Luxary Resort if you want amazing views, friendly staff and a great time.

We had a wonderful time visiting this RV Resort and would definitely come back again. Everyone was so nice and the resort was immaculate. We stayed at spot R14 and had a beautiful view. Our fur babies made friends at their new doggie Park. We also walked the Rainbow Falls Trail which we recommend to do in the area.

I can't say enough good things. My wife and I still have to work for a living (too bad for us) but we have visited some of the best high end rv resorts in Mid Atlantic and Southeast. This place is right at the top! It's beautiful. Hard to believe people can say mean things about it! Staff was awesome! The area is unbelievable motorcycle riding, hiking is awesome, scenery breathtaking! One great day was devoted to "tail of the dragon" ride. Scratch that off the bucket list. I would highly recommend the resort and the area.

We had heard and read about Mountain Falls for a couple of years and we were traveling from Hilton Head to Nashville & had a spare three days. We were sad we waited so long to discover it. The front desk staff was amazing & even called us to check what time we would be arriving. We played tennis, PICKLEBALL, enjoyed the pools & jacuzzi’s, and the amazing clubhouse. The owners were extremely welcoming & friendly. As our stay came to an end we hurried to cancel other reservations so we could return to Mountain Falls. When we got back two weeks later we stayed for a month! We are back on the road again and sure miss the great people at Mountain Falls.
While one reviewer mentioned “no restaurants” in the area and “nothing to do” I’m not sure if he knows how to use the Internet. There are many hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, and many many restaurants all within 10 miles of the resort. The property association has spent a ton of money on the Resorts 9 hole golf course and it’s looking great! Many other fine golf courses throughout the area. Like any other RV Resort, if you’re bored it’s your own fault.
Tip: For an different camping experience rent a spot with a pavilion! Luxury at its best!

Absolutely one of the best resorts you will ever visit. Learn to play pickle ball, play golf, see magnificent water falls, go on great hikes…you name it. We will be back again and again and we’ll be owners as well.

We have been to Mountain Falls 3 x. We love it. Whoever wrote that the owners are snotty is so wrong! We have some wonderful friends that we have met and absolutely adore! We are driving from Dallas this year and can’t wait to get there! We are always invited to parties on the ridge and feel very welcomed ❤❤ I tell everyone I meet you must go to Mountain Falls for a 5 Star Resort ❤❤

Nice RV Resort for class A coaches. Full hook up with level pads and some nice build outs. We stayed there for 2 nights. Rain fog and mist. Could not see any of the views.
Must disconnect towed on check in.

Large RV sites. Largest we have ever been in. Absolutely beautiful. Full hookups in excellent condition. Check in was quick and easy. Staff is so nice and helpful. 2 pools in pristine condition. 9 hole golf course that is very well kept. Will come here often!!!

We stayed only 3 days over the 4th of July. Absolutely loved It! We booked another 8 days in October to be sure it wasn't a dream! This could be our mountain spot we purchase. Can't wait to go back. Everyone was so nice. We are from South Florida so this was a real breath of fresh air.

This place is Fantastic, Fun, Social and the best pickle ball, Golf course, Hiking Swimming hole. The staff are top notch friendly, helpful, knowledgeable its one of a kind in North Carolina a must stay and check it out.

Not your average campground! Wow! Sites are beautiful and people are very friendly. Great place to relax and unwind. The pool was beautiful and the Par 3 course was a lot of fun. Our Newmar Baystar was right at home with all of the other Newmars. Lots of fun checking out the big rigs.
I have to say I was concerned about the negative reviews I read about office staff and residents BUT I had the opposite experience. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone we saw around the resort was friendly, waving & saying hello, and the residents we spoke to bent over backwards to help us get the most out of our visit. The evening Security guard, Aaron, even gave me a lift to get ice from the clubhouse and then showed me around. Perhaps this kind of behavior is considered rude in some parts of the country but as a resident of the once great state of New York I was impressed. Keep up the good work!

Mountain Falls is an awesome private community hidden in North Carolina's scenic town of Lake Toxaway. What I love most about this cool spot is the people! It's a super social group of folks who love to travel! Hidden Gem: Harris Trail access is tucked at the end of the main road at the mountain top and will take you on an adventurous hike to lower sections of Toxaway Falls - be careful on this hike if it has recently rained - terrain gets slick!
