Husband took me shopping for Christmas early lol, their jewelry dept has a great sale going on right now. Also during Holidays they close at 8 pm.

Angie and Julia were incredibly helpful. I can't thank them enough for being so sweet, friendly, and attentive. I didn't go into the store with plans to buy anything but after talking with them, I left with a jacket I love. I can't thank them enough.

I needed a new hair stylist. I called and got an appointment right away. The hair stylist did an excellent job. She listened carefully to what I needed and checked to make sure she understood correctly.

I love shopping at this store. I can always find great deals.

I love this store. It has the best deals and whenever you have to exchange something they do not hassle you. I love the customer service. I shopped here when my daughter was small and now she brings her daughter here. This store in my opinion is number 1 in sales. I love it. I give it 10 stars!!!!

Love this store! It has a variety of clothes for everyone. Also, has a variety of home goods as well. You can catch great sales and can use coupons too! The store is clean and the associates are always helpful and willing to help you find what you're may be looking for!

Probably the best JC Penney on the country. At least it's unique. The only one you have to walk thru if you want to go thru the mall. Smart

I went to JCP yesterday and it was very good shopping. I received a discount and was able to obtain merchandise on sale. Staff was very friendly, helpful and busy working. One of the fitting rooms was out of service. The one that I was in, really required a face lift.

The staff was friendly and willing to answer my questions as well as possible. The store was clean and organized. They have a large assortment of items and I found everything I was looking for plus a few extras that saved me from having to walk all over the mall. The person helping me had a good attitude and didnt run off like some sales associates at the other department stores. For the most part the prices on clothes were fair. I wouldn't be opposed to shopping here again.
