I have been many places to have car repairs, but 85% of the time the repairs done were bad. So I have finally found a place where the people are honest, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I'm informed of my repairs needed, and everything I have had done at AC Auto is completed correctly and in a very short time. I couldn't ask for more than that. They are truly a honest company and I recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the whole team at AC Auto for being there whenever I need you. I would rate you 10 stars if they were available..😍

I was very pleased with the service I received last week for my regular maintenance with oil change and tire rotation. I also have a list of future maintenance items that I can budget into my planner. The shop is spotless! Matt assisted me and was very friendly and professional. My service was one quick hour! I’m definitely having all my service there in the future snd highly recommend them!

Friendly, honest folks, affordable prices, and excellent customer care. I had an important repair, an optional repair, and some routine maintenance, and they were able to take care of everything. They checked in with me before doing any work, and gave me direct, honest opinions that helped save me money (and let me know that I can squeeze a little more use and value out of some parts). I'm glad to have a car shop in the area that I can trust and count on.

First time going here was a outstanding experience. I've lived in the area for 20 years and never knew we had a reliable and knowledgeable team to work on my vehicle. Had a inspection and alignment for a great price. Matt was very helpful in explaining the issues. Wish I knew about AC Auto Service years ago.

The staff at AC Auto is professional and very helpful. Recently I have had a lot of work done on cars and they always take the time to explain and problem solve any issues with my vehicles. It's always a pleasure going here. A quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff. They've never been too pushy on things I want to wait on (that isn't dangerous to wait on anyways) or try to do myself, which I appreciate!

Excellent service. Booked oil change + tire rotation and the state safety & emissions test. Good to have dependable, trustworthy professionals in the area. Also replaced the engine air filter as it was filthy. I appreciated that they showed a picture and asked if I wanted it replaced, didn’t just tell me it needed to be replaced. Service was also super fast.

Always incredible service. They’re probably the most honest mechanics you’ll find in all of Winston-Salem. Not to mention the waiting room is very clean and inviting, and they offer a FREE shuttle service if you need to drop off your car and go back home. No other mechanic like this one in the area!

Great service! Very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting a part that had a nationwide shortage. They were willing to do what the Honda dealership wasn’t. I highly recommend this company.

They diagnosed my automobiles problem right away and had a four hour repair the same day.
I am real happy with the fix. Will use them again in the future if I have another problem with my auto.

AC was able to fit me in to their busy schedule, took me home and offered to pick me up once the service was complete. They always review potential issues for ongoing safety and the itemized cost is helpful for future repairs.

It’s like family there, the guys are always willing to do what ever they can to make sure all the needs you have are meant. I have a older car so I’m there often at times and they always make me feel welcome.

AC Auto always does a good job and seems to be incredibly honest. I have been taking my vehicles there for years because they are simply good people who are very thorough.

AC Auto provided me with excellent service and a customer experience that was exceptional. I was so impressed with their focus on the customer that I inspired to say, “I like the way you do business.” They explained the problem with my car very clearly and provided photos to show me the evidence. They also provided rides from the shop when I had to leave the car with them for the day. These are people who are committed to customer service. As for my car, the repairs they did fixed the air conditioning completely, which has not been the case at other garages. I have since moved out of town, but I’ll probably take my car back to AC Auto the next time it needs service. Great job, Guys!

AC Auto Service Center was very accommodating to my needs! They were able to get me in and out, without any unnecessary additions! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I will be using them for any upcoming maintenance/repairs for my vehicle.

AC was great during a recent stressful car engine failure. They were very accommodating! We trust their judgement. In the past they never try to do more repairs than are actually necessary.

Brandon was through in his intake of my issues with my car. He communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what needed to be done. They also offer shuttle service and Judy was a great driver.

Motor needed to be replaced. Installed a new motor with ease. They keep me informed. They completed the job timely. Sprkplug is running like a new S-10
