I have tried to get my hair the way I wanted it for three years now I’ve been to I’ve been too many salons and spent a lot of money and never got what I want. My man went and visited studio E talked to a lady and got an appointment set up my appointment with Yvonne and she did a fantastic job so ladies even men if there is a color out there that you want and you ain’t been able to please go see the studio they are the best and they make you feel so comfortable and their prices are great. 20 stars if I could. Thank you, Yvonne.

Dishonest and unethical. I sold them a chime for their door. One of the partners was not there to give her aproval. I was given the impression by one of the two partners that were present that they had agreed to buy the product so I installed it with the agreement to call back the next day to get a debit card number from one of the girls that were present. The next morning I get this arrogant voice mail from the owner (???) that she hadn't given her approval and that she didn't want it. I live 3 hours away in Chattanooga. Since the old one was broken I threw it away. She wanted the old and broken one back. I agreed to send her a rebuilt good as new chime in return for her to send my brand new one back. SHE DIDN'T SEND IT. Why can't people do the right, ethical thing. I bent over backwards for this person of the female species (that's being kind). My next step will be to report her to the Better Business Bureau.
