Wow I’m shocked by the anger and entitlement in the reviews just because the store has a no bag policy to reduce thefts. I honestly don’t understand why people are offended.

I picked up my embroidered nursing uniforms and they looked great. They did a wonderful job and the school discount was another great perk!

Pleasant workers... Shay (so sorry if my spelling is incorrect), Jo Ann (also sorry if my spelling is incorrect, and Emery (I think I spelled this one correctly)... They were able to answer my questions and figure out a solution for me. I do not visit often but what I buy from there is a quality product so it lasts and is worth the investment. Thank you.

everyone was kind & everything was very organized. plenty of options to choose from which is great. when i was bent down choosing a badge, someone offered to move my scrubs to the counter which was nice. will be back, thank you!

The staff there are extremely kind and patient. They have an awesome selection of uniforms and shoes and socks and everything that you need to work in the health care industry. I will definitely go back again.

I have been to may uniform supply stores across the triad and Heidi's is the best because of the large selection of brands available in any color you can imagine, made for men & women, sizes from petite to tall, base layers, medical accessories to use on the job and a range of price points for everyone's budget. I even get a little discount with my ID badge from the hospital I work at. The store also carries some neat finds that can be used off duty too like Vera Bradley bags, Simply Southern products, tees, just to name a few. There are multiple fitting rooms with more than ample space to maneuver around in while trying on clothing as well. They carry a decent shoe selection for men and women and they also sell many brands of compression socks, I noticed some even in wide calf sizes. The staff are really nice and so helpful with everything. They can order products that are not in stock at no charge and without obligation and they will contact you when your order arrives. As a bonus, your purchases are tracked throughout the year so they can give you a print out to use for taxes if you need it. Give Heidi's a try. I've been shopping there since the doors first opened and I always come back!

this is a wonderful place to shop for medical professionals. the staff was so kind and helpful. i was even given a birthday coupon and my birthday month was ending soon (april). the sale that was going on was 50% off and i was able to get 3 scrub outfits (pants and tops) and a scrub jacket under $70. big steal. i’ll definitely be back to shop here.

Excellent inventory in scrubs. Staff is very helpful and quick to reach out to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable about the different brands they have in store & special orders.

I came to buy my first scrubs ever and had a wonderful experience. The lady who ran the dressing room helped so much. Also, the lady at checkout gave me $5 off for my birthday month as it was in 3 days. It's so nice when someone does something for you because they just can. I will be back.

It' s been almost 20 years now that I have been buying my uniforms in Heidi's . I think that in itself speaks volume 🙂🙂🙂

I purchased my scrubs along with a stethoscope here, the ladies working the day I went in were professional and polite, greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. Also, I noticed the ladies engaging with one another and enjoying conversation while providing great customer service at the same time, was nice to see them enjoying their day/happy in their place of employment. Definitely will be returning for all my accessories and scrubs.

Donna was amazing! She was patient with me and helped me find my size with multiple different brands! I was getting frustrated trying by myself and she saved my whole shopping experience! Thank you so much!

I wish I would have gotten the girl's name that helped me, but she was awesome!! She walked me to different brands/styles of scrubs. She was very knowledgeable of the different brands. She ordered the items that wasn't in stock in the store & she let me know that a couple items were on back order until March. I hope somehow she will be recognized for all the help she gave me!!

LOVE Heidi's! They have a huge selection with a wide range of prices and it's VERY well organized. The prices beat other scrub shops and the sales make them even lower. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms are large with plenty of hooks if you're trying on several items. The *only* issue I had is that since medium is a popular size, there aren't many (if any) on the racks and they don't keep stock in the back so they has to be ordered.

I love that the sales team members are knowledgeable and help find the perfect fit with all the different brands that they carry. I always recommend Heidi's to all my coworkers as my go to one stop shop for all my laboratory uniform needs. Love Love this store ❤

Great store & Customer Service!

I just left the store and bought a couple pairs of shoes, I’m so happy they helped me everywhere else I went didn’t help at all, I even went to Birkenstock and they didn’t help me!! I believe the girls name is Joanne she was so nice I will definitely be returning😊

I will be buying all my future scrubs at Heidi's! 😍 I came to Winston for a Dermatology appointment (I live about 1.5 away.) I have been needing scrubs badly but dread doing the whole "trying on thing". Most of the scrub stores in my hometown have very little selection of brands they carry and sizes as well. I was so pleasantly surprised! All the ladies were super friendly and very helpful. It was truly the best experience I have ever had whole buying something you "need".

Associate was extremely helpful and full of enthusiasm. It was a quick stop and she knew exactly what I was looking for which made my visit so effortless. 110% recommend this store for efficiency & enthusiasm.
