They were busy as to be expected. The amount of services they provide cause a longer wait time just be patient it’s a great place super nice staff 😊

Super efficient experience. I came in on a Friday @ 3:30pm as a walk-in and had a pleasant interaction with the receptionist who got me all the relevant paperwork information and walked me through the procedure/process for my visit and answered my questions. As soon as my paperwork was finished I was taken to the back. My nurse was so friendly and personable. Everyone wished me a good weekend on the way out. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

Despite the other negative reviews, my pre-employment drug screening at this clinic was pleasant. I called ahead to check the wait time, then arrived at 9:20am. I finished the paperwork and screening by 9:53am. The staff was polite and efficient. The waiting room, six chairs total, was hygienic. All in all an excellent screening facility.

I needed to have blood work, drug test, and mask fitting done for upcoming work at the vaccine clinic. It wasn't a short visit because of all that was needed. I didn't have to wait too long. The waiting area was set up great for social distancing. Everyone that worked there was friendly! The lady that worked with me the whole time was wonderful! Friendly and smiling and explained everything!

I arrived right as the doors were being opened at 7:30am. After filling out the usual forms and being checked in I was promptly called to the back. The whole process took around 25 minutes, I was back in my car by 7:55am. Initially, (due to the negative reviews) I planned on being there forever but that just wasn't the case.

My daughter went for pre employment drug test. The service was fast and the staff was nice.

Well, first of all, they advertise that they are open @7:30am and here I sit in my vehicle waiting as on their door it now states 8:00am. Fix that!!! Not a good start. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't open until 8:05-8:20am....we'll see. Update coming soon. Well, here is the update.....I was wrong and I don't mind saying that. A young lady promptly opened the doors at 8:00 am. I was in and out within an hour. Staff was kind.

I was dreading going here after reading these reviews but I was in and out in 30 minutes at 9 a.m. on a Thursday morning. Front desk staff was helpful enough I’m not sure how friendly you can expect someone to be at a place with such a high patient volume. Maybe I just got lucky but no complaints here.

I read the reviews before going in and was really prepared for the worst. I went for the drug test req for a job. Reached little after 3:30 pm and there was not that much waiting. The woman at the reception was ok and provided me with all the documents I needed to fill out. I waited 5-10 min and I was called. It was a pretty quick and smooth process. Would suggest to go late probably after 3pm.

Cons:Seating capacity and reception can be improved and more cleaner most definitely as its not in a good shape

I was only here for pre-employment drug test. I read the reviews before I went and was prepared for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got there around 8:10am. The receptionist was nice, and my wait was only 30 mins only because two other people were ahead of me. Yolanda who took me back, was awesome. I guess they took all of the negative reviews to heart because my experience was good.

I went here due to injury at work. The staff was nice and accommodating. Within 20 minutes of arrival I was already drug screened and waiting for the doctor to see me. The doctor assigned to my case was kind and caring and listened to my issues. For my first work related injury I found this place very helpful and accommodating.
