Our family is the first family to cross their threshold from the day they opened the office. It was a Sunday and they were happy to do so. Their caring and smiles and customer attention made them great. Their natural ability to make you feel at home only makes them greater. We always look forward to our appointments because we get to see our friends. That's how they make you feel. This is one of the best decisions we, as a family, have ever made. If you're reading this, it would be a great decision for your family as well. Don't pass up the opportunity to go and visit and see for yourself. You'd be tempted to stay.

Good interior decor, friendly staff. They explain everything in great detail which makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Would reccomend to family and friends. Looking forward to my next appointment, and that is saying a lot about the Dentist.

I've been going here since they opened about a decade ago. In that time, I've moved to the far Northeast side of town but I still make the drive there for my dental needs. The team is exceptional. They are always friendly and professional. The care is first rate. I like that they are up to date on the technology. Their patient management system allows me to update my record, and check-in via my phone. The office is always clean, orderly, and modern.

I drive across town to continue to go to Villa Dental. Like many folks I have anxiety about going to the dentist. They honestly are really consistent, kind and knowledgeable and spend the time to do a good job whether it be a routine visit or filling a cavity. As long as they take my insurance I will continue going there because they are 10/10.

I have had spectacular service every time I have been to Villa Dental. The staff is always kind and patient. Dr. Staes is a genuinely kind professional and the hygienists are so informative about all of their findings. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to.

Hands down best dentist that I have ever been to! Not only is it clean and gorgeous and has a great room for the kids to play, the staff explain everything to you so you can take care of your teeth properly and know what’s happening every step of the way! Everyone is very kind, patient, and I feel so relaxed every time that I go. I have never been with a dentist that made me feel like they cared about my teeth and treat me like an individual!

I was so impressed with the kindness and incredible customer service I experienced from the initial phone call I placed to set up a new patient appointment. EVERYONE is so nice and welcoming, which is such a welcome change from our previous dental experiences. Dr. Emanuel Staes is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Staes and Villa Dental. The staff is terrific, the dental hygienists always do a great job (and I get a lot of coffee stains on my teeth!) and Dr. Staes himself is the kindest and most caring dentist you could ever hope to have. I expect to be a patient for life, because I would never think of trusting my care to anyone else.

My daughter and I had our first new patient appointment today and the whole experience was amazing! My daughter is autistic and is sensitive to noises the staff there were so understanding and helpful! I would recommend 10 out 10! Best dentist experience we’ve ever had!

Dr. Staes has been our dentist since 2015 and he and his staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate our dental needs. The staff has always been very understanding when scheduling appointments to fit my families busy schedule. When you walk into Villa Dental, they always make you feel like family and not just a patient. We love it and recommend to everyone.

Had an amazing experience with front desk to assistance in flexible appointment , and the doctor explained the treatment plan and just gave me a lot comfort and told me not to get overwhelmed while explaining my treatment plan. Love this place, I recommend Dentist 🦷 is the BEST ! Never switching ! Thank your guys so much for such awesome service, as always !!

First, just let me say that I hate going to the dentist. I have to go for gum issues more often than I’d like and they take the upmost care to make sure I’m comfortable and are very gentle. I appreciate them always taking their time and being so incredibly kind. The front office staff is amazing too.

If anyone is looking for a great dentist this is the place! Great staff ,very friendly and will answer any questions. My hygienist (Cristal) is the best. Dr.Staes is very gentle. All members of the staff at Villa Dental are friendly, courteous and efficient. Dr. Staes makes a patient feel relaxed and confident under his professional care. It is obvious that Villa Dental personnel are committed to providing excellent care and services.

We have been going to Villa Dental for 3 years and highly recommend them for as good a time as you can expect at a Dental office! Staff is great and courteous. Clean facility with nice Fresh Water fish tank.

They handled my 5 teeth removal easily led by Dr. Upton. From staff to Dr. Upton I was being taken care of and they are my to go to dental for my cleaning.

Dr. Upton and the staff provided an estimation of how much they will charge and after the removal Dr. Upton said they didn't sweat much on our procedure and immediately talk to the staff to deduct some amount on my charge and I was really happy about that.

It's so nice and transparent to have transaction with them and so as with the whole staff.

We have Been patients since 2015. We have always had the best experience!!! We now love to go to the dentist!! They cater to give us the best experience!! I don’t know how anyone can do a bad review they must be xxxx. We will always come to this great atmosphere!! They all are Polite courteous very professional !!!
