Fastest US Foods location I have ever visit. I brought cheese here. Appointment 6:30am. Check in at 6am. Wait for about 10 mins and got door. 56 pallets and check out bols in hand at 7am. Peoples was pretty nice, not rude at all. I would love to come back here if I have to.

This was my first time delivering to US Foods and I couldn't be more pleased. I arrived at 06:35 for a 07:00 appointment. I was immediately assigned a door by security. The facility is large and easy to maneuver and back into doors. When I returned to my truck, after checking in with Receiving, I was amazed to see a red light and they had already begun unloading. They had me unloaded in under an hour. Now that's how it should be. Kudos and thank you.

When opening a new restaurant... you should definitely consider them as your supplier. The chef will help you with menu items & all. Gr8 company! Quality food!

I expected this place to be pretty normal 2-3 hours to get unloaded but boy was I wrong. They have you park in a row in front of the docks and someone will come up to your truck and tell you what door to back in. The second I hit the dock my truck was getting unloaded before I even handed in my bills to the office. I was out of there with signed bills in 10 minutes. I had a completely full trailer as well. World record times at this place. Would come here 7 days a week.

The warehouse staff was professional and courteous. The unloading process was very fast. I was immediately given a door assignment. Finished unloading in a hour. Also truck parking at the baseball stadium across the street in the bigger lot opposite side of baseball Stadium. Not the small lot.

Always a pleasant experience. Check in at the guard shack with your bills. Park on the first row in front of the docks and fill out the sheet the guard gives you. Walk up to the corner and up the stairs to receiving. Give the sheet and bills to the clerk and they'll ask you to return to your truck. You'll receive a call or have a lumper knock on your door to give you a dock number. Open doors and back in. When finished they bring you the bills and you leave.

Can check in at 0600 no matter apt time. They park you for staging. Average, took about 3hrs to unload. Can park at the baseball stadium across the street in the big dirt lot. Huge and always parking. It’s the far side dirt lot, not the smaller one actually directly across the street.

All I have to say is damn. I arrived 45 minutes early before I can even park and fill out my paperwork had a guy coming up to my truck telling me what door I needed to be in. Then proceeded to unload me in under 20 minutes. That was the fastest I've ever been unloaded. Great job much appreciated.

I delivered at 6:30am on Memorial Day so there weren't a ton of trucks there to deliver. I parked on the off ramp with 1 other truck. As soon as I pulled in...the guy in charge of unloading greeted me at my truck and put me in a dock before I could check into the office. I only had 4 pallets but by the time I got back to my truck from giving the office my paperwork, they had me unloaded. I got my paperwork back after paying lumper at a little after 7am. People here were super nice from the guard to the office ladies. On a normal day it might not go this smooth but I will come back.

Live unload - Capstone is the lumper service - in & out in an hour

The parking lot we drivers can use is humungus. We need to keep that area clean of debris. Thank you Mudcats ( Baseball team) for allowing us drivers to park in y'alls parking lot. I'm very appreciative.

My experience was good. There is a big yard across the facility where you can park overnight. Appointment was for 630 checked in at 6 out by 8. No lumper

Arrived two hours early, I didn’t even get a chance to stage, one of the lumper workers told me to get on a door and then go check in. I was out in 75 minutes.

Been here really often and never had any problems!

First time here, lady at the guard shack on 2-5-2021 @0600 was absolutely amazing and friendly. They will not take you till 0600 there is a dirt lot about half mile down the road(pic attached below) that you can park at. There is overnight parking at that same dirt lot. Once your in it’s your regular old food warehouse. Bathroom and vending machine along with fresh hot coffee for drivers. Staff is friendly. Parking lot huge to turn around and back into.

I dont understand all the negative reviews here. I delivered here today. I parked at the ballfields last night, it's very nice and quiet and tons of room to park. I got right in for my appointment. It only took them about 2 1/2 hours to unload me. Then I went back to the ballfields and booked my next load. This was no pressure and a quiet place to sleep. The truckers will be the ones to mess this up by throwing trash out at the ballfields. Mark my word.

Ck in 5:40 am. Got a door 6:30am for a 6 30 am app, 10 pallets off ready to go 7 30 am...pretty good. Lumper $429.50

My boss took me on 2/25/2022 to train me on delivery. I was shocked by the ladies in front window. With lack of customer service these days, these ladies spoke very friendly and respectfully to every driver. Thank you ladies for your kindness.

Friendly staff. Check start 06:00 am in the morning. They unloaded in 40 minutes. Parking is available in the stadium parking area
