We are completely satisfied with our interior and exterior work. This includes workmanship, pricing, ease of purchase and scheduling of contractors (who all arrived on time). I want to specifically mention how Jason and all of his team made this process easy for us.

I am a repeat customer from several years back, but this is my first time doing business with Jason since he purchased the business six years ago. When we got started on this project I knew early on I really wanted to do business with Jason. So, I told him upfront to give me a good price because I was not going to price shop him. He did not disappoint! Again, we’re fully satisfied and would recommend you give Jason and his team your business.

The folks at A & B Carpet did a great job with our request for a new kitchen backsplash and patching a bathroom floor tile section from a remodel in which we removed a wall. The installers were kind and prompt and were willing to listen to us and answer questions during the installation. Also, the installers were called back the next day following the backsplash install to remove some extra tile that was blocking a reinstall of an electrical outlet. Minor oversight, but they quickly corrected the problem with no complaint. Fe Fe and Jason were very responsive to any and all concerns we had during the project and constantly provided insight and clarification. Even on a problem I thought we had with a mis-match pattern on the backsplash. There was no problem, but the A&B team was willing to listen to our side of the story. Overall, it was a good experience.

Absolutely Love these floors! Installers were very professional and really worked with us since we had to move pets from one room to another without them getting stressed. Still completed the project ON TIME! Quality service and I have already recommended them to family and friends!!! Wish everyone had work ethics like A&B Abbey Carpet and Flooring.

Hunter came out to show me carpet samples. He was very thorough, listened to what I wanted and was very easy to work with. There was a delay in getting the carpet which was handled very well. The carpet installers were professional, very nice and did a fantastic job! I will be using A&B again when I am ready to recarpet my other rooms. They are a class act.

We needed to replace some pre-finished hardwood floors in our home because of wear and dated look. Jason came out and looked at what we had and helped us with great suggestions on what to do. We decided to replace them and are extremely pleased with our new floors. Jason's crew did a great job with install. Our new floors helped brighten our home and give it a more timeless look. From the initial contact we had with Jason and Hunter we could not have been more impressed. They walked us through multiple options based on our needs, cost parameters and expectations. Scheduling for the job was prioritized to our schedule and the installers were able to complete the job while we were on vacation. Coming home to a fresh, clean new look was awesome. On top of that, during the install we requested for additional work to be completed on the previously installed hardwoods due to a faulty door frame install previously done by another contractor. Professionalism at its finest! FeFe and Jason showed up at my house promptly after I reached out needing a quote for new flooring. They measured, make a recommendation and sent a quote quickly. Once I paid for my job their installer came in and it was completed while I was away for the week on vacation. I came home to new floors in and all furniture replaced as it was before I left! We just had our carpet replaced on a home we are selling and we are so impressed with Jason and his team! We got 4 or 5 quotes, and A&B's Abbey Carpet and floor was one of the best priced, plus they were so nice (and patient with my preschooler when she asked a dozen questions and wanted to "help" measure the carpet) that we could tell they would be great to work with. Their customer service was terrific, and the installation team was amazing. They were in and out in no time and were really helpful. Looking forward to working with them again!

When I had my home built, I should have added carpet to my master bedroom but only did carpet. After several years I wanted flooring. I called A&B and Jason was here the next day. We decided to put in the same flooring I had in the rest of the house but found out the new flooring with the same color was significantly different. Jason and his staff worked with us to find a suitable color to match the current floor. Billy did the installation and it looks wonderful. Christen filled in a gap from concrete expansion and our house is now complete. I would recommend A&B for your home interior needs.

I found A&B from the flooring mfr. I wanted to use; A&B as a distributor of this flooring. They were GREAT to work with from the sample checkout to the measuring appointment, estimates, and installation. The installer, William is AMAZING! I asked if when laying the boards if he would not put ones with dark variation in a clump and the same for the lighter boards. I wanted a nice mix of both. And WOW! The floor is stunning! Thank you! Thank you! And obviously, I highly recommend A&B and William!

If you need your floors replaced this is definitely your place to go. The quality of their work was way above my expectations. I am so happy with the quality of the work, quality of the product and the completion was the best I could have hopes for. I had a lot of tile to have laid. They cut around the door frames to make everything fit perfectly. Jason was so helpful with his professional suggestions and setting everything up His crew were dedicated to doing an awesome job. We built our house in 1987. Still had the same flooring and carpet. If you want flooring done right, I suggest you use A&B Carpet in Zebulon. Were very helpful steering me in the right direction on good flooring. Meaning I am 62 and want it to last my lifetime. They started on the exact date I wanted them to and got done in 4 days. The whole house. They use very trustworthy and professional installers. Jason kept me posted by email which was great. Laminate and carpet look great!!!!! I feel like I have a new house. They move the furniture and put it back where it was. Thanks guys and girls for a job well done.

Hunter and Jason were amazing to work with! Despite sickness, holidays, and insurance fiascos, they were all understanding, patient, and easy to work with! There were some slight issues during installation, but they came out to assess the issues, and generously compensated us for those issues. Customer service is top notch, and the flooring is just beautiful!
