Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jake provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. He greeted me and introduced himself upon arrival. I had visited a competing shop prior for an oil change and they didn't properly tighten my filter and drain plug. As a result my vehicle was leaking, Jake made sure everything was all tightened up and topped off my fluids even though I didn't get my last oil change with them. Give this man a raise he deserves it! He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars and he made me feel very well-informed and at ease with all aspects of my vehicle maintenance today. All of the employees were quick and diligent during my service. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend.

I've been going here for awhile with my car. My husband and I just stopped to get his oil changed in his Jeep. Doesn't matter when or what day you go, THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. Always polite and THOROUGH. They found where the last place he went tightened the oil filter housing too tight. Instead of stripping it by trying to loosen it, they warned us what has happened. They could've chosen to make $ and hurt our vehicle without us even knowing. Thanks so much to this group. They're tops. 👍

Fast and efficient, the employee saved me $ on an oil change I didn't need yet and got me the best wipers. Great service

I've had my oil changed here 6+ times now and every time the staff is friendly, efficient, and super professional. The manager (?) is always on top of things. Can't say enough good things about this location and this team.

We were passing through looking for a tire repair shop. They could not help us with the tire repair but helped with finding a shop. Rainy was very friendly and helpful.

This location is the best. Rainy has helped a a couple times and if she isn’t already, she should be a manager. She is crazy efficient and has excellent customer service skills and very solid communication with the team. Keep up the great work!
