Broad Street Wines

I'm sometimes hesitant about wine shops because I like wine but I'm not a multi-millionaire. This wine shop felt accessible for a normal human person. The staff was helpful and friendly. We found good wine at our price point but also spotted plenty of bottles of wine that someone with a wad to blow might grab also.

An amazing wine shop featuring carefully selected wines from around the globe. Whether you are a first time customer, buy here and there, or a regular, Connie and Alton, make sure you know they are happy to help you find that special bottle or just let you browse. The daily wines available for a glass to enjoy while you shop or relax in their comfortable setting are amazing. This is a true hidden gem in the mountains of Brevard.

Want to call out this great purveyor of wine. The service was top notch and on point. Went in looking for a nice local wine and was greeted by a friendly gentleman that was very knowledgeable and helpful. Providing several options in different taste profiles and price.

I recently asked Connie if she had access to a favorite microbrew of mine (from out-of-state). She said she'd check and get back to me. She not only could order it, I got it at the best price (per case) I'd ever seen... and I've been getting it through other outlets in the area for a number of years. She was very pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely go back to Broad Street Wines.... maybe the next time for wine!

Great customer service! Had a great time chatting with the shop owner. She suggested some great wines but most importantly provided a great shopping experience.

This is one of the best things about downtown Brevard. We love going in, using our card and sampling wine. No pressure to buy a bottle, but their sample selection is so wonderful, you can't help but bring home a bottle or two, or in our case, three or four. This is a must stop in place on Broad Street.

I was literally passing through town from Highlands to Lake Lure and needed wine for my hosts. The owner didn't have the labels I recognized and suggested other replacements. Each one was better than the one I wanted. (Pinot Grigio, Rose and a Chianti.). Many thanks! I wished I lived closer to come back to get more!

A great place to grab a glass and sit for a spell. They have self-serve and you can pick one wine to have a glass one or try a sip of each on tap. The perfect place to hide from the family and enjoy a glass while they shop.

Connie is always helpful if you don't know what to buy for someone local. Love visiting her store!

Excellent store with a great selection of wines. The owner, Connie, has a knack for listening to your " likes" and then selecting wines that represent an excellent value.

Load up a card and sample wines from their 3 chilled wine dispensers. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the selections. Wine can be dispensed in 1, 2 and 4 oz servings.

I have wines shipped to my house, absolutely the best selection of wines, I am always satisfied ♥
