From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like I was a friend. Great people, great results. I will forever do the happy dance when I think of you!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. McDonald for years (ever since he took over the practice), and we cannot recommend him enough. From routine cleanings to more involved dental work, he's experienced, professional, and provides excellent care. And to echo the comments of others, his staff is fantastic and the friendliest bunch around. We're very grateful to have such a wonderful dental practice in this area!

Dr. McDonald was the best dentist I’ve ever had! If you don’t like going to the dentist or have any reservations at all, he will take care of you and be as gentle as can be! He is great for routine cleanings and can also help you find the right path and fix things if your teeth need extra TLC. You are not just a patient there, it’s a wonderful family atmosphere that is hard to find these days. We are no longer in Texas but if we were, I would continue taking our whole family there!

After recently moving to North Carolina from Iowa, I was shopping for a good dentist in the area and just happened to find Dr. McDonald on the internet. After reading multiple reviews of all dentists in the general area, I chose to give Dr. McDonald a shot. From my initial telephone contact with Lisa to schedule an appointment, I just had a good feeling that I had made the right selection. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting and just had that feeling that I made the right choice. From that point forward everything fell into place. The ambiance of the office was calm and comfortable, not to mention a great music selection, and the entire staff was upbeat, friendly and treated me like I had been there 100 times before. My consultation with Dr. McDonald reinforced my initial reaction that I had selected a dental professional that would become my oral healthcare provider for many years to come.

I must admit I was pretty much flying blind moving to a new part of the country that I had never been to before and attempting to establish relationships with the various new professional services that were available, but my encounter with Dr. McDonald, Amber, Audrey, Lisa and Brenda was one of my best decisions thus far.

For those that might be in a similar position that I was or even those that just need to find a dental professional team that you feel comfortable with, I hope this review of my experience will help you make the right choice.

Long story short, is that I am grateful for all of the staff in this office. I am riddled with anxiety thinking about any dental proceedure, and today wasnt any different. Unfortunately, what we thought could be done today in order to save my tooth, wasn't the best ooption. I found myself upset and let my anxiety get the best of me and decided not to pull it, at his recommendation, and my agreeance. I even checked out.

From the hug and pep talk from Brenda, to the empathy shown by the Doctor and his assistant, Amber, I felt like I was in good hands. I then decided that no matter how I felt, i needed to get the tooth pulled. They were very understanding, and although I am sure it was frustrating, I am so thankful for how everything went. The tooth is gone and I am comfortable, at home, and reflecting on the incredible experience I had. I have no fear i made the right choice.

A really great dentist and dental practice. He did a bridge for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend this dental office!

All of the staff is very friendly. They always pull me back to the room on time or early. They take time to explain things to you and the facility is very clean. I'll keep going back as long as their doors are open.

Thoughtful, sensible and caring dental care with the friendliest staff ever. Best care in the region and has become a favorite of mine.

This is a great facility! The employees treat me like a member of their family. They've done a wonderful job for many years.
