Jefferson Bank Fredericksburg Road

I’m sure Jefferson Bank is a fine bank, I don’t know, I don’t have an account there - I’m giving five stars for the giant nickel out front, I tell ya, I’ve always loved that gosh darn giant nickel, it’s iconic Roadside Americana!

I’ve been a member of this bank for a long time. This location has always impressed me with their customer service. I recently stopped in late in the afternoon and Ashley C. helped me with a loan. She managed to get my loan processed and paid the same day. Again this is late in the afternoon, these things normally take a few hours. She was also very knowledgeable with the banks products services and pointed out some things I could do to make business easier.

The best part about this location is that employees take care of their customers. Ive never felt like just a number here and I always leave this location with a sense of security that my money is in the right hands.

I don't have an account at this bank. I was trying to use my ATM card at the ATM machines in the neighborhood, but it was old and failing and only worked in machines that would let you swipe quicky. I told a teller my problem and asked if they could help. They could and did. Thanks Jefferson Bank. You saved my day.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Been using this bank since 1975. Just moved to Southside but will continue to give them my business because of treatment they give to customers. And besides they know me.

Great Locally Owned Bank! I've been a customer for almost 20 years and will never go back to any Nation Bank In A Box.

I can't personally rate this bank. But I did notice that Catherine's negative review was the newest review. Most of the reviews are 4 to 5 years old. I haven't noticed a lot of traffic going to this bank. It is a beautiful building...but doesn't seem to be too busy. That is not aleays a good look for a bank. I am going to research this bank more and see if I become a regular customer. I drive by it all the time.

Even any other bank is better than my experience with their mortgage branch every one looked scared that worked there!Absolutely awful! Glad I bank elsewhere. They promise the world don't keep their word and can't deliver. Beware! They will tell you they are a San Antonio Bank..that's not true! ...the bank was taken over years ago. I’ll first say that this is one of the friendliest banks and the level of courtesy and professionalism is excellent. That said, there are big gaps in the customer experience: 1) the online banking enrollment process was convoluted, tedious, and inconvenient. 2 trips, a phone call, and waiting for mail was required to accomplish what should really take 5 minutes. 2) multiple billing interruptions for an overseas vendor due to random fraud blocks on the debit card. 3) No debit card support after 5:00 PM or on weekends. 4) had to activate a new debit card at the teller window. I would have kept my business account here, but could not function with such outdated practices.

Dumb bank won’t cash their own check

If you're not in a hurry and want to spend 30-45 minutes of you're time then you're going to like this location. They get 5 stars for being slow and keeping customers waiting.
