I decided to explore the offerings of this company after considering several corporate housing options, and I must express my overwhelmingly positive experience.

From the initial conversations with different corporate housing companies, my engagement with this particular one was met with a resounding WOW! The owners and I had a meaningful connection where we discussed my family's plans and our timeline. Their diligence in scheduling a follow-up, coupled with their personal attendance at the in-person meeting, added a significant touch of customer care in my eyes.

During the meeting, they were exceptionally transparent about the requirements for our home. At no point did they undersell or oversell, and they provided constructive feedback on the changes needed for our home to be as successful as possible. This is truly unique as many companies often try to cross-sell additional services.

I am pleased to be a client of AvenueWest Raleigh. Kristi and Jason consistently go above and beyond to ensure every owner and investor is satisfied with their services and the quality they deliver.

AvenueWest (and Kristi) helped me with a furnished short term rental for a travel position I was working and it was a wonderful experience! The rental was very nicely furnished and very clean. The battery in the door key pad went dead one evening and i wasn’t able to get into the apartment…I was able to make 1 phone call and spent no more than 10 minutes locked out. They even came out the following morning to replace the battery and make sure there were no other issues with the key pad. It was very comforting especially being in an unfamiliar place. Would 100% rent from them again!

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly accommodating, the space was immaculate and stylishly decorated, and the location couldn't have been better. From the comfortable bed to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was well thought out. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Have worked with Kristi and Jason for years and they are top notch. Most knowledgable of any real estate professional I have worked with. And they are amazing designers. They have designed and furnished 2 houses for me so far and it was amazing.

This was a wonderful experience here in North Carolina. The staff was excellent and always there when I needed them. I really appreciate how fast they would get back to me with any questions I may have had or issues. Just simply awesome!

Avenue West is by far the most professional Company. Avenue West was there for me when I needed a new beginning and home. It was at moments notice and the company was there. It is by far the best company in Raleigh. I can't say enough. If you are looking to relocate into North Carolina look no further Avenue West will help you with all your needs. The homes are decorated with only high-end furniture and appliances .

Kristi and her team did a great job helping me find a rental and new home with a great rate. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Raleigh is a SCAM!
AW basically franchises their management to smaller real estate companies. Some manage better than others. Raleigh - not so well! They wanted 60K upfront to add some furnishings to my executive home they said was perfect, with only their word of we'll make it pretty! It got suspicious quickly...

I made a reservation through this company on Airbnb. I had an issue arise that I wanted to discuss by phone but did not receive a call on the agreed upon day. I had to make other arrangements and cancel the reservation, still a week before the deadline to cancel. I received several extremely rude messages from Avenue West accusing me of wasting their valuable time and preventing them from renting the property, and that I was at fault for asking them to call me on a Monday (my only day off) even though they had agreed on that date! I definitely do not recommend this business.
