AT&T Store

Sam is a terrific representative of AT&T in the way she handled the set up of my new iPhone & equipment! I even have a follow-up appointment with her to make certain all of my information from my old android was successful !

I had a new cellphone (Android) and I needed some help putting in the S.I.M. card as well as copying all of the data/information from my old cellphone to my new one. Sam helped me. She was friendly, responsive, and capable. I had to make lots of decisions while setting up the new phone and she advised me about what to do. I believe Sam went above and beyond what cellphone store employees typically do, her efforts are appreciated.

Malik and Brian at the North Hills AT&T are absolutely fantastic. We walked right in and they were amazing! Helped me save money, walked us through everything we needed and made the purchase and transfer of my Verizon number to AT&T a breeze!!

Brian at AT&T in North Hills, Raleigh NC, was awesome! I walked in with a mess and he completely fixed the whole mess and had both of our phones restored and working great! 5 stars !!

Samantha is most professional, kind and considerate of our age. She was helpful and straight forward with our problem quickly. Great keeper and young lady.

My fiancé and I were visiting the area and decided to stop in and trade my iphone 12 for the new iphone 15 pro max. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from all team members! Malik helped us and was so friendly. He kept the sale quick and as simple as possible. He also saved us money on TV through the AT&T direct-tv box! We purchased the choice tv package and are very pleased. I highly recommend this store and Malik as a sales associate!

Desiree B was amazing she was attentive, quick and helpful. I was able to leave out with 2 new phones set up and ready to go in about 2.5 hr within the time she kept us entertained with good conversation . 5/5 would recommend Desiree when purchasing a phone straight to the point and gets down to business. I went into the store in North Hills, Raleigh, NC this morning to replace my phone, figuring I'd lost mine. Brian was incredibly helpful and patient, helped me access the "find my phone" feature on my MAC and saved the day. He is patient and very knowledgeable. A great asset to the store.

Came to this store having read the latest reviews. I was wonderfully surprised at the great service I got. It took awhile to get an iPhone initialization complete, but the service was professional and competent. Later, I returned to turn in my old iPhone. Again, the service was excellent and pleasant. A representative "Mr. Jackson" helped me right away at the Fargo AT&T in NC.

There were several problems with my phone and Mr. Jackson took the extra time to help me out. Didn't rush or make me feel like a burden.

Mr. Jackson had great customer service, excellent focus, willingness to help and a "can-do" attitude.

Justin and JP and Key were amazing! They went out of their way to help us and make our family plan work. They even went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our 19month old son. Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping distance... But we totally felt their Love! Would definitely recommend this ATT to anyone looking for service or a phone.

Ohhh and they even had the Iphone I wanted and the perfect unicorn to match :)

I left a 1-star review for this location years ago because of the absolutely terrible service I had from the old manager/supervisor with the mole on his eyelid. I haven't been back since then until I decided to give them another shot a few days ago. I'm glad I did because evidently that employee is no longer there and the service I received this time was superb. Justin Richardson was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. This employee is an asset to the company. Thanks again Justin, I appreciate you.
