Hannah is an exceptional nurse who administers my PRF injections for hair growth. She's not only skilled and professional but also incredibly supportive and attentive. Hannah makes each session as comfortable as possible, and I'm thrilled with the progress we're making. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Blue Water Spa since the beginning of 2023, and it is the best decision ever to have invested in myself in this way! I started with the laser hair removal around my face, and gradually increased my services to include the bikini area. Lauren has been the provider I have worked with every time, and while laser hair removal doesn't feel like a massage😆, she does amazingly to ensure that I am not uncomfortable. Even periodically checking on me during my appointment and encouraging me that I'm doing great! It feels like I'm seeing a friend. And the results have been fantastic. The areas I used to be so self-conscious about are now well maintained and for the first time in my life, I'm not worried about hair on my face. Blue Water Spa's entire team has been a delight to work with, from the front desk to the technicians. They've got a loyal client in me!

Hannah was unbelievable with administering my filler. She had a gentle touch and was able to freshen me up in such a natural way that friends and family could not even tell I had anything done. I have gotten compliments on how well rested I look and how good my makeup looks. Although I see a big difference, nobody else does, and that is exactly what
I want!

Have been visiting this location for almost a year now and have really enjoyed my experience. Hannah is wonderful - informative, friendly, and happy to answer any questions you may have. The location is easy to access, the front desk always prompt and courteous, and being able to schedule via text is easy and efficient. Definitely happy we found this practice and will continue to use it for all of our spa needs!

Hannah has been wonderful to see at the Brier Creek location of Blue Water Spa. She always answers my questions and is knowledgeable on what services and/or products would be best for me. I also like that she explains what the service entails and the cost. I’ll continue to see Hannah at this location and refer my friends and family to her.

I've been to both Raven Ridge and Brier Creek locations and have experienced very welcoming and warm greetings from all concierge staff. Scheduling appointments with them has been very accommodating and their text message reminders makes it easy to never forget an appointment or be late. The expert Nurse Injectors I've worked with so far are Brooke and Hannah, who are both super professional and really knowledgeable in their craft. I've had about 5 botox appointments and 3 PRF Scalp sessions so far and I am very pleased with the results for both. I've also worked with Lauren and Laura for Microneedling for my face, and Laser Hair removal on the front and back of my neck and wish I had done both sooner! I recommend it to all my friends to at least get their foot in the door into a Medical Spa. Lastly, I did a 6 session series with the Emsculpt NEO with Kandi and Serenity and was blown away by the results! Yes it helped my core aesthetic but I noticed a difference in my posture and back relief which is something that I really didn't expect to notice considerably.

I am so glad I decided to take some time to care for myself. Although everyone I have interacted with has been great, I highly recommend Hannah. She is friendly, kind, and very patient in addition to being knowledgeable and professional. She is truly wonderful.

I received a Salt Facial from Serenity at blue water spa and had such a wonderful experience! Serenity was knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure she did what was best for my personal skin goals and needs. The facial left my skin with my even texture, hydrated and so soft! It will be my new go to facial at Blue Water Spa.

I love coming to Blue Water Spa for all my botox, lip filler, microneedling, facials, and now Emsella treatments. I tried a different place once and I regretted my decision soon after. My face/neck is now in maintenance and I love the glow and firmness. Highly recommend Blue Water Spa!

LOVE the facials here. I was skeptical that I would notice a difference after, but you do!! The facials are relaxing but even better is that your skin looks sooo healthy and happy. Makeup goes on better. Highly recommend the salt water facial!

LOVE all of the services at BWS! I was scared of botox but Brooke fully understands what I want and it looks so natural! I also tried the Salt facial and really like that as well.

I absolutely love coming to Blue Water Spa! Its my one stop shop. I just recently came in for lip filler with Mari. She did a wonderful job! She has great communication and is always making sure that we are on the same page as far as the results that I am looking for. I recommend everyone going to see her for perfect lip enhancement!

Had a wonderful visit and Blue Water spa. The place is clean, relaxing and aesthetically beautiful. I saw Mari an injector there (not sure on spelling but pronounced Maury) she is definitely skilled and has been doing this for years. I got Voluma placed in cheek/mid face area. Done with Cannula and didn't have bruising whatsoever. Definitely happy so far with my results. Would recommend Mari for sure!

BWS has been our go-to for years. The staff is not only dedicated to excellence, but they’re also incredibly caring and welcoming. In particular, Wahiba is an absolute gem—she is a talented artist when it comes to facial balancing and one of the most genuine, kindest people I’ve ever met. My wife and I will be lifelong clients!

UPDATE #2: So it’s been several years since I last reviewed Blue Water Spa. I’m happy (and relieved) to report my opinion of Blue Water Spa hasn’t changed in the least. As a matter of fact, I’m even more committed to their services and products after seeing firsthand the benefits.

My latest treatment was filler with Hannah. It had been years since I last got it and I was nervous because I had never seen this provider. Boy, was I wrong to worry! Hannah was fantastic!! She expertly injected my lips and the area around them, as well as my jawline, and cheeks. The changes were subtle but beautiful. I look refreshed without looking like I had “work” done - I even had a friend ask if I just got back from vacation because I looked great! Consider me a very satisfied client!

UPDATE: I recently started PRF injections for the face. I've seen both Ashley and Mari and they're equally masterful at placing the PRF, or "liquid gold", in areas of my face that are showing signs of aging. They use a canula (sp.?) to inject the PRF which I'm told allows for more precise placement and minimizes bruising and swelling. After a few treatments, my skin actually glows and looks plumper, while the fine lines and dark circle under my eyes have faded significantly. I'm told my skin will only continue to improve as new collagen is generated. Sounds fantastic to me!

! This spa is EXCEPTIONAL! I moved from DC and was looking for a first class spa in the Raleigh area. Honestly, the treatments I've received have been fantastic. The staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Among the treatments I've received are: Botox and filler; PRF Microneedling; Signature & Epicurian Facials, and most recently, the Hydrafacial (WOW!). Also, the Emsella has been a life saver (no more leakage during workouts or running to the bathroom at night). I highly recommend Blue Water Spa to anyone who wants the most experienced professionals providing the best, results-oriented treatments.
