Ordered return address labels from this location. It was taking longer than expected so my husband called to check on the status and spoke to the nicest employee who was very apologetic and got our order done within minutes. He even called us to let us know it was done and ready to be picked up. Great Customer service to that employee!!!

The other reviews about the phone system, sitting on hold for 20+ minutes to have an employee “accidentally” hang up on you, etc are all 100% correct. That is why I switched to a small, local pharmacy (Falls River Pharmacy around the counter). So why the 5 stars? I had one prescription I had not moved over yet and needed a refill. So I called this location - did the usual “wait on hold for 18 minutes (literally) and a man named HAL picked up. He let me know the medication was on back order but THEN PROACTIVELY ASKED IF HE COULD CHECK OTHER PHARMACY LOCATIONS TO SEE IF THEY HAD IT (wow!). He then said he’d call me within the hour with an update (I thought ‘yeah right’ based on past experience and got his name). Well HE DID! He actually called me to tell me he was still trying then called me with the location to go and pick it up. I arrived and it was ready to go! SO HATS OFF TO HAL!! This is the first positive experience I’ve ever had at this pharmacy and hope with this review HAL WILL BE RECOGNIZED for going about and beyond!

Andrew is the pharmacy was wonderfully helpful and patient in getting my Mom's profile set up. Everyone I encountered was very nice

I have been very pleased with this pharmacy. They're always courteous and always fill my prescriptions pretty quickly. I drive past the Walgreens on 401 to get to this one. I was waiting hours and hours to get prescriptions filled at the other one, which in most cases isn't a problem but when you need anti-nausea medicine for a toddler who can't keep any fluids down, 7 hours is ridiculous to wait. This Walgreens fills my prescriptions almost immediately.

My family was traveling and I needed to get a prescription filled in a timely manner the day we left so I went a week before to make sure they could fill it and make sure they had it in stock and they were extremely accommodating and understanding of the situation. I spoke with Jay and he informed me that there shouldn't be a problem but he said Hal would be the pharmacist on the day we had to go out of town. It was one less thing we had to worry about before going out of town because when I spoke to Jay the week before I was extremely confident it would be taken care of and I was right. Having three kids I have to go to the pharmacy more than most and being very familiar with how prescriptions work I can assure you from standing in line most of the one star reviews are customers upset because the pharmacy refuses to break the law because the customer does not have the proper things necessary to legally fill a prescription. From my experience they do everything within their power to help the customer, most people just don't realize or want to understand they have strict guidelines they must follow.

I have no idea how this pharmacy has less than four stars. They answer the phone quick, they are courteous. They get the medications ready quickly. They are responsive and conduct business as though they actually care about their customers needs. I’ve been here 5 times now and they are day and night better than CVS.

I took my child in for Covid vaccination today. They were very well organized, no line, very little wait. I know that they are typically a very busy pharmacy. Obviously they have mastered adding this service to their workload!! 👍🏻

I agree with Parcel Pusher. I'm convinced some people find pleasure in writing negative reviews and have similar bad experiences everywhere they go (If you know what I mean). I've read the reviews here and cannot believe they are talking about the same place that I know as "my pharmacy". True they have their moments when they are overwhelmed, but so does every pharmacy I've ever frequented. This location has the MOST professional, courteous, helpful and prompt staff I have ever encountered. They called to check on me a few days after I got a new drug recently, just to see if I was ok on it!!!! Seek out Frank and Shuqannah, they are awesome and representative of a staff that really cares.

I moved all my prescriptions from Kmart to this Wallgreens. I can't speak to all Wallgreens but this one is the best. The pharmacists are highly competent, and give me detailed information on my drugs when I ask. When my docs suggest a high priced drug, I ask my pharmacist if there is a good generic that will work, and she offers recommendations, and then talks to my doc on my behalf. I also have received my flu shots there and they are offered in a private and competent manner. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Nice to have a neighborhood drug store where the Manager plays an important part of the culture. Mr. Mattson has been at this Walgreens since it opened and listens to community input, trains his staff to be really friendly, and keeps the property looking good. This reflects the surrounding neighborhoods. Glad this Walgreens is at OUR corner of Falls and Durant.

This walgreens has been servicing me for over 8 years. They might not be the friendliest or the most stocked Walgreens ever but it's good at what it is. All these people complaining are coddled.

Very nice technicians, took my Rx at the drive thru and had it ready to go right when they said. Not a convenient location but I prefer this pharmacy over some others.
