Harris Teeter

The people that work at Harris Teeter are great, for one exception (the person in deli who knows it all) and she doesn't bother me because NOTHING IS PERFECT. I enjoy the attention, cleanliness, selection, assistance (just ask), positive checkers, solid management, excellent produce, meats, sea food, Specials, and location (easy in and out). I've shopped there from their open and will continue. Thanks Harris Teeter FIVE STARS ps - I'm the cook in the family so I do all the shopping.-

They had everything I needed and helped me find things quickly. A wide variety of international sauces to spice up the excellent array of fresh produce

Always clean and well stocked. Checkout is quick via U-Scan or regular checkout. Prices are not always competitive. Keep an eye out for the specials, though. Really like earning the fuel points.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I’ve never asked where an item was that they didn’t stop what they were doing and walk me to the item ……every time. Today a young man in the meat department was on his way to take a break but after looking in three different places for a turkey breast he went in the back and brought out a box full. He did not stop until I had a turkey breast in my hands……with a smile on his face. So thankful for the wonderful customer service especially at this incredibly busy and I’m sure stressful time of year.

Great neighborhood grocery store. It's more expensive than most but always 5 star in every way.

I mostly shop there for the seafood specials. Customer service in that area is always great. Last night Demond took time to go see if they had the shrimp I normally get in the back.

I so miss Harris Teeter. I live in Florida and where I live we do not have one.

It was much slower after the 5pm hour. Earlier today there were so many people that I didn't even want to shop. Everyone at Harris Teeter is always kind and helpful!

Deli counter staff was so helpful! Helped me select items and gave great suggestions. Customer service went above and beyond ensuring we were happy after an issue at the Hot Bar. Store was very clean and nicely stocked. A nice showing of employees throughout the store for when you needed assistance or had a question.

I didn't "get" the Harris Teeter craze years ago and really thought they were overpriced, but I was really mistaken. I absolutely love the availability of new products on the shelves on an almost weekly basis. And can't get enough of the Buy2Get3 and BOGO deals throughout the store! It's my new favorite store and so glad that it's so convenient to my new home!

I love Harris Teeter. Always clean, great produce. Fantastic sales, especially buy 2 get 3 free on select products. Update, I have since moved and miss this harris teeter so much

It’s a great store. Love the folks that work there. They are friendly and engaged with their customers. The store seems clean and well stocked. Now if I can get them to stock the orange kickstart I’d never have to shop anywhere else

We are literally surrounded by beautiful grocery stores in this area of North Raleigh. But this Harris Teeter has the most outstanding employees and customer service- this will always put them a tier above the others! I am welcomed like family every time I arrive. In a time when sincere human interaction is few and far between, their care has been even more impressive!

I have shopped at many Harris Teeters, and this store blew me away. The store was clean. Staff was interactive throughout the store. I had a quick question at the service desk. The CS manager named Lindsey was amazing and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Absolutely great experience. A+ A+

Selection of good quality apples was a little on the short side, but otherwise I found everything I needed in abundance... Except for the MiO vitamin water flavor that I wanted. I couldn't figure out which aisle it was on, and I never got around to asking for help.

I've never been to such a great store - the hot/cold food bar is wonderful, the deli staff is very efficient & pleasant (unlike Stonehenge which is way too slow). Seafood is great as is the staff. Great variety of product in this store. Plus a discount for seniors (age 60). My new go to grocery. Much further away from home but worth the drive. Kudos!!

Always, well lit and clean. I go here for most of our fresh vegetables. There are a lot of specialty items readily available. The wine and beer isle is well stocked and there is always something on special. The deli is always busy but I've never had to wait long.
