Lowe's Home Improvement

One staff member in particular has helped me every time I have been to Lowe’s recently and he is amazing! His name is Charlie and he is very good and dedicated to his job. Charlie is great and always helpful!

Super big store and awesome Halloween decor and presentation. Which they had what I needed but appears out of stock everywhere can't hold that against this store.

I really like lowes hardware in boone the only negative there is sometimes finding people to help you but every place is like that every body needs help but lowes does have a great selection of whatever I need

I like shopping here. It's always neat and clean. This time an employee went out of his way to be helpful in the paint department.

We had to visit Lowe's today for a plumbing problem and to find some tools. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. D.L., especially went out of her way to help us find the right tools for the job that we needed to do. What a great experience!

Abby is the reason I'm taking the time to give this store a five star review. She was competent, friendly, helpful and diligent. She helped us gather our supplies from start to finish. She problem-solved an inactive card and got it activated so we could use our 5% cash back. (The app, which one of us was trying alongside her efforts, was useless.) Then she loaded our cart with twenty boxes of flooring and reloaded our car with the same flooring. 💪 All in all, you could not ask for a better employee. I hope you give her a significant raise at her next review. You don't want to lose this one.

I would like to give out a huge shoutout to Daniel at the Boone NC Lowes. Such a nice polite person and was so helpful to me and my husband. I didn’t get his last name but he helped us in the plumbing department. We had no idea what we needed but he went out of his way to help us figure it out. I run a business and I know what it means to have employees that treat their customers well. I respect that young man very much. The store was clean and organized and everyone was nice and polite. A very good experience.

I highly recommend the customer service at this store! Zach was so great to work with and did an amazing job solving my problem! I would highly recommend this store to make sure he gets a pay raise and a promotion to a manager position! He will go far in life because he is a great problem solver and so genuine when it comes to customers! I really appreciate being treated like I am priority and they want me to come back and by from them again! I will definitely return thanks to Zach! I appreciate and very thankful for his genuine courtesy for listening and fixing the problem and getting my product delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered! Lindsay at the pro check out is friendly and knowledgeable. Returns are easy. If you don't have your receipt, they can look up your purchase using your credit card

Always a pleasure at this store to meet and greet with curbside and I store pickup at this location. A lot of hardworking folks dedicated to giving top notch service to our lil town. Thanks for keeping us small businesses supplied for success in the field!

My experiences with Lowe's in Boone, NC, have been very positive. I have found the staff available and helpful when buying something simple like paint or tools or when purchasing big ticket items like appliances. Recently, three associates went to above and beyond efforts to help me figure out a delivery problem with my order, arrange for the correct delivery options, and get appropriate discounts. In Customer Service associates were especially helpful with determining the problem, contacting the vendor and assuring that I knew how to proceed; and in the Lawn & Garden department the associate went to extra effort to be sure that I had exactly what I needed both for the item and the delivery. All were pleasant, considerate and kind and they coordinated their efforts on my behalf smoothly. I felt my problems were respected, my needs important, and that I was valued as a customer.

I love this place!!! I visit weekly sometimes more! Always have what i need for my home and for my business. Also love the Unique variety and always a little more Upscale compared to others. Variety is great.

LOVE this place, in both Jacksonville, NC locations! They seem to have pretty much everything we need for home improvements, repairs, summer fun, holidays, home decor …. AND their return policy allows friendly service & returns even if you have misplaced your receipt!

Only shopped here for a few minutes but everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful.

Lowes is my favorite store! Seriously, I never leave empty handed. Even if I don't find exactly what I went for, I pick up something else I remember that I needed! And sometimes it is on sale. One time I got home and told my husband we needed to pick up our new front door at Lowes. He said "but the new addition isn't even started yet."

On Saturday morning September 17 th. I was in need of redwood stain for my front deck at the house . I went to Walmart and they didn't carry the stain I needed anymore. So I went to Lowe's. I found an excellent stain Cabot deck correct stain. The young lady at the paint station Cynthia was very helpful and explained that Cabot stain is a excellent 1 cover coat stain. She was absolutely spot on, once I got home and applied the stain to my deck. Yes only 1 coat was needed. I realized that Cynthia had steered me right. Thanks 😊 Frank

I was scoping out a plumbing need and a project.
Really good help came from a young staff member who had great suggestions and pointed me to products I was unaware of.

.Ugh!!! Miss working there! All thanks to my dad and stepmom that I couldn't anymore! No matter what she says, I always enjoyed working there. If I could come back I would but I will probably never be back to stay.

I want to recognize Dakota for excellent customer service. I needed assistance in another department but the employee there had a name tag that showed he was "in training" and he had poor knowledge and a poor attitude. I ran across Dakota, a bright, enthusiastic employee who obviously cares to do a great job. He said he'd accompany me to the other department, did so and solved my problem. Now that's the guy I would want to promote!!
