I ordered my work uniforms online as per my companies request. Everything arrived in a timely matter. Unfortunately I was not able to try on the pants and when they arrived they did not fitting correctly. I read the reviews and to be honest, I was very scared to go into the store so I prepared for the worst, but to my surprise, the reviews did not compare to the customer service that I received today.

I went into the store today to exchange some work pants and Jeanette assisted me and was very helpful and patient with me. I needed to exchange three pants and there was only two in my size. Jeanette was going to order a pair to get delivered to the store so I would save on shipping, while in the system she realize there was an additional pair in the store and her coworker went and looked for the third pair. There was three ladies working and they were all very nice, courteous, and very helpful.

Was Surprised with the Wide selection of LEO uniforms , shirts, pants, Accessories, and security stuff as well.

Great uniform shop and good selection of boots and all the accessories you will need for law enforcement fire department and Security. Some companies require tactical gear and they have it. They can even tailor your uniform and sow your patches as requested. Most of all the staff is very friendly and very switched on. All in all a great shop.

Good quality merchandise, been in business with them for 7 years customer service great, if you order uniform fro galls online be free putting patches and name tag, all type of tactical gears.

Samantha was great in helping me get fitted for my ballistic vest. Answered all my questions about other products and took her time in making sure everything I needed was complete. Definitely will be going back for any future items.

Visited the SAFD side only. The woman that worked back there stopped what she was doing and completely helped me. She got me every size pant and shirt she thought I would like. As I found the sizes I fit into, she documented it and the style (many choices). Great selection and great service.

I usually shop just for boots at Galls but they've been really improving the variety of law enforcement gear and uniforms. They now carry Blauer uniforms which is the brand I wear along with Safariland which is my preferred brand for gear. If Galls keeps this up I'll probably switch stores from the place off of IH-10 East to West Avenue and IH-10 West. One of the really nice things about the Galls store is they are connected to the Galls online store. If you order something and the wrong item ships to your location you can return it to the store without the packing slip (just maintain whatever you ordered in good condition) and they can lookup the order for you online. All they need is your phone # and maybe the email address you used for the order. That's great service.

Been there, done that, that pretty much sums up the place.
Went from security guard to EMT in short order and wanted the EMT patches and such, was asked for proof, excellent! a place that actually tries to control this! outstanding!
They have all the usual hoopla a security supply joint will have, even pink handcuffs if you are into that type of thing. ;)

Outstanding service and knowledgable, friendly staff! I have been going her for about two years. Each and every time -- and this is VERY rare these days -- I have been able to find everything I needed! If they did not have it actually in the store at the time, they had all the catalogs right there to look for exactly what I needed and they ordered it right there. All of the ordered products came in quickly and were exactly what I wanted.

Huge selection. Very helpful staff. Multiple dressing rooms. Plenty of parking. They have multiple styles and colors of uniforms. They also have a large assortment of equipment items and nonlethals.

Note at the moment, no more than 6 patrons allowed inside at a time.

Great Service! David was our rep and he was a tremendous help. We ordered our Duty Sam Brown Belts for SAPD. We had about 55 orders to fulfill. Our class 2019-A ordered everything online and Galls had everything ready by the next week. David even took the time to deliver the gear to SAPD Academy. The prices could not be beat. They had everything in stock. We had a couple of exchanges and galls was on it fast! I went to the location and they had more than just SAFD gear. If you are a future SAPD class please order your gear here .

This is a great store where you can get some of your Tactical needs met. From what I see this store is more fitted towards law enforcement and security ie...SAPD, Bexar County SHERIFF'S, EMS, security personnel and constables and the gear that they need.

Don't get me wrong you can still find many Tac items here such as Tac pants, shirts and shorts, sunglasses, flashlights as well as concealed and open carry holsters including magazine holders. And if I'm not mistaken they have a tailor/seamstress that can custom fit your outfit.

Some of the best things I like about this place is there great selection of Boston leather belts for CHL/LTC use and the Sam Brown Duty belts w/or wo/ weave. Then there is their easy return policy in which you will get a full refund if you need to return said item.

Lastly the customer service was amazing. They're friendly and knowledgeable and more than glad to help you find whatever it is you're looking for.

When this place used to be "sterlings public safety" it had a wide variety of gear for law enforcement/security, now it doesnt really have much in store just mostly online, when I was in the police explorers I loved going to sterlings until recently I started working for a security company and found that the name changed I guess because of a different owner but galls seems alot better, I wish it had a larger variety of gear like sterlings but the only thing I dont get is to why I need permission from my company In order to get a bullet proof vest? Being a level 3 security officer I would assume that would be enough to get one but for whatever reason I need authorization from my company, anyone can just buy one online on Ebay but other than that I love the place

being in the security industry is tough, getting uniforms, equipment, and especially alterations can be an absolute nightmare.

George at sterlings realky streamlines the process, and makes my logistical operation run smoothly. If it weren't for George, mist of my employees would still be waiting on uniforms. Thanks George.

There are nice here if u have school pants to have fixed for school they will do them but it takes a few days before they get too them it's about $15
