Scrubs & Beyond

I had the pleasure of shopping in store over the weekend. I was attended by the manager on duty Cynthia and her associate Carmen. (I made sure I got their names) They both welcomed me when I entered the store, answered some questions I had, and suggested some items I didn’t think about initially purchasing but I am so glad I did. My experience was a positive one, I’ve been into other stores where you can go in and are not even acknowledged unless you are at the register, some where they don’t ever bother to help you, and some where they push a bit much to make a sale. I observed the manger interacting with her associate and working together which was nice to see. These two ladies made a great team and the customer service was A+! If you go in to this store ask for these ladies they made my shopping experience a great one!

Stephanie was awesome & super helpful! Excellent selection of namebrand scrubs, prices are normal for the brands they carry. The store is clean, the dressing rooms are clean, I would definitely come back again

Diane helped me find the perfect scrubs. Everyone was so inviting and kind and it was so easy to find the ones that I needed.

Tara is wonderful! She was patient and kind, helpful but not overbearing. I only purchased a scrub jacket but the store seemed well-organized and had great selection.

Amazing store and the employees always very polite. I will continue coming to buy my uniforms here. Also Babette employee called the other store and to find me a other burgundy color pants . I'm so grateful , being so helpful thanks again for having excellent service at Scrub & Beyond, thanks to have good employees like Babette .

Crystal was very friendly and helpful. She had a lot of knowledge about the brands the store carries and also knew comfort level. She also checked in while trying on the scrubs and to let her know if there is any help needed. I also liked that they carry petite sizes on their bottoms. The store and dressing room were clean. I would return again, they have the best customer service.

Not only are the scrubs very high quality with a huge variety, specifically wanted to say how INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING the staff is. I went in, tried on a bunch of scrubs and purchased the perfect pair. 10 minutes after I left, I realized I left my LV purse and rayban sunglasses in the dressing room. Frantically I called the store and right away she (I think her name was Kaiyana) said she had put them under the counter because new people had been using the rooms. Immediately turned around and went and got them. Her parents raised a good human!!!

This is my new favorite store to buy scrubs. They had lots of variety and sizes. I found exactly what I was looking for. The ladies were kind and helpful and the store was organized, clean and well lit.

This was my second time shopping at scrubs & beyond. The first time I spent almost two hours finding what I needed on my own (I’m new to the scrub world). Today, Diane greeted me and just jumped right in to help me search by asking what I wanted and what I liked. She pulled out a few option and I was out in less than 30min. She was beyond helpful and so sweet! You are in good hands, just ask for Diane!

I’m so glad I stopped by this place! Went in looking for a specific brand and ended up purchasing something very similar and recommended by their awesome sales associate, Ivy. She was very patient and helpful unlike sales associates at another place I used to get my uniforms from. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and co-workers.

Today was my first time shopping for scrubs. I chose Scrubs & Beyond as my first stop due to the positive reviews. I found the staff to be so very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until I walked back out with a huge smile on my face and two new pairs of scrubs! As a plus-sized older lady I was nervous when I walked in but Yvonne made the experience so easy. She helped me choose what would work for my needs and body type. Very happy customer and I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place! The ladies there are super helpful. They helped me find the perfect scrubs (I'm a bit on the larger side) they made sure I left comfortable and satisfied with my purchase... unfortunately the only con I have is that it is super hot in that store. I felt like I was in a sauna. My heart goes out to the ladies there. We live in texas and I couldn't possibly be able to work in that condition.

I just want to say the customer service was the best I had in a long time! From the time I walked in, Til I checked out . She assisted me with finding my size, color and even showed me few different popular brands !! I don’t want to spell her name wrong but it starts with the letter B and she was soo sweet and kind! I will be returning 😊

Ivy was such an amazing friendly helpful person that made my experience at scrubs and Beyond a 5 star experience. She right away came to help me and made my purchase quick and easy!

Diane was super helpful with helping me find the best fitting scrubs for me. I normally purchase my scrubs online and pray that they fit just right, but after having a baby and the extra covid lbs lol, I needed to find what fit me best. Diane was so patient with me as I tried in multiple brands and sizes. She got me the sizes I needed as I was trying everything on. I will definitely go back to this location and only hope that Diane will still be there when I return. 😊

I was shopping with a friend of mine. We are both plus size girls and after being shunned from the store down the street. We stopped here at scrubs and beyond. The young lady greeted us and asked what we were looking for and she walked us around the store and found a couple of scrubs for us. She made us feel very comfortable. We loved the product and the employee.

The best part of the visit was that she brought extra scrubs to the fitting room for us to try on until we found the ones we liked! I believe her name is Yvonne. Not only her but the other employees were also a great help. This is definitely our new home store!

The sales associate was amazing! She was able to fit me with ease… the scrubs she showed me were so comfortable and well fitting.

I am grateful for the experience!
