This is the only place where our whole family is able to find a dish that they thoroughly enjoy. The food is made fresh, they give you plentiful helpings, and everyone that works there is so friendly. We really recommend this restaurant!

Always fresh with generous portions no matter if dine in or take out. Always have my order(s) correct also! Even stays hot while ordering as take out (delivery svc) and always hot as dine as well. Staff has always been attentive and kind!

I'm reluctantly giving this restaurant 5 stars - because the food was tasty. I wanted to not give them this good review but the food made up for them passing their cost of doing business to customers: charging a credit card service fee. A big pet peeve of mine.

My girlfriend enjoyed her General Tso chicken and egg rolls. I really enjoyed the Hot n Sour soup with my Sesame Chicken entrée. Will definitely go back.

The food has always been great here it has not disappointed my family or me. The customer service is very awesome especially this one particular waiter by the name of Armando. He has great manners, from start to end he will treat you with very great respect. Nowadays it's hard to find great and respectful customer service so I would totally recommend anyone stopping by for a very good, nice and relaxing meal at this restaurant!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼...

I TOTALLY Love this place! I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed them yet because I’ve done online ordering & pickup from them multiple times already; what I really like is the quality of food; the large portions; and the fact that ALL their lunch & dinner options include soup, egg roll or crab rangoon; and steamed or fried rice! They are a polite, kind Family Run business; and super quick in making your order! What’s not to Like! Oh, and Great Variety and all of the Prices are very reasonable! Give it a try as you won’t regret it! Enjoy (享受)!

They do not play around with portions here, so much food! All white meat with chicken, veggies were green and vibrant, loved the crab ragoons too, the wantons they used were lighter so there was a good filling to crisp ratio. Yum!

South Garden Chinese restaurant is the best in town. I have I've tried almost all their dishes and they're just wonderful. Their soups and raggons egg rolls are so good. I really can't tell you which is my favorite cuz all their dishes are so good. We go there 6 to 8 times a month and we just have a great time that's not including some days we just take out they have a wonderful takeout service. If in town visiting or whatever I recommend you go to South Garden Chinese restaurant it's great.

1st time here...walked in to super friendly and FAST service. Ordered a combo which was perfect because the amount of food is good for 2 people! I normally wouldn't order any soup, but it came with the meal. I chose hot and sour....sooo good! Fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, chicken and green beans..all tasted fresh and had good flavor!

This place has really good food for a very reasonable price. We are on vacation in San Antonio. I dont normally eat Chinese in vacation spots because it is hard to find food food. But I wanted fried rice if this place was close. Dont regret the decision. Next time we are craving in San Antonio, we will stop again.

I rate this 5 stars because the food is great, consistent, quick service, and friendly staff. My go to is hunan chicken with a side of egg drop soup and crab rangoon. Don’t forget to request chili oil if you like it spicy!

Havent even eaten yet but so far the service is phenomenal. The establishment is simple but clean. Soup just got here its on point with flavor and temperature. Food just arrived and it smells amazing.

This is a great place for Chinese food. Service is excellent. The waitstaff is very friendly and prompt. Our server was exceptional. Food was brought to us in a timely manner. All around our time there was great. We're definitely returning. We'd also recommend this place to everyone

I came here for lunch while my dog gets groomed (around 12:20 maybe) and it was decently populated. Quite a few people came in after me. I was seated quickly as were the people who followed. The hostest (who I think might also be an owner, it seems like a family owned establishment) took my drink order and delivered it right away. The server showed up soon after for my order. I got the egg drop soup (had a few peas and some carrots but nothing I couldn't fish out, I prefer my egg drop to be just soup and egg so this was perfect for me) and the beef with broccoli and steamed rice. It came with my choice of egg roll or Crab Rangoon, I chose the rangoon. Pretty big portion and ended up taking most of it home with me. Overall, fantastic chinese food and great price. I paid 24.75 for my whole meal (plus I added a big take out container of egg drop).

Love love this place. We always come here for Chinese food. It’s the best in the area. Their fried rice is awesome - always cooked just right. Love the kungpao chicken. My husband and kids love the orange chicken. Hot sour soup is full of flavor. To make it even better, everyone is so nice. Highly recommend.

My Daughter and I came to eat lunch here on a Saturday. The Food was so Delicious 😋 . Our waiter, Kim, he was so nice and friendly. Good Service. I would Definitely, come back with the entire family! Everyone was so nice 🙂
