We live and work in mid-century buildings—with mid-century plumbing—so we've used many different plumbing companies, large and small, and none very happily.

But thanks to a glowing recommendation from a dear friend, we've found our go-to plumber for both home and business: Roland's Plumbing Service is one of the best companies we've ever worked with.

They respond to calls quickly and arrive on time. Experienced and knowledgeable, they explain problems clearly and work with us to find the most efficient and economical solutions. Their fees are fair and reasonable, and they don't upsell.

We have used them numerous times now, and every visit has been a positive experience. When we needed an urgent fix, they came out within hours. They fixed toilets that were fixable and replaced a toilet that wasn't. They quickly found and fixed a leak in the crawl space under our house that had evaded detection for weeks; and even though it was a messy situation, the tech was sensitive to not track mud on our floors.

It is rare to find a company that cares so much about the customer and every detail from conception to start to finish. Roland's Plumbing and all their staff do just that. Everyone is professional, thorough, kind, caring and fastidious in their approach to their work. The education process, including options, which I value greatly, was phenomenal.The work was done to perfection. Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapeños! Will highly recommend :)

Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. I recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

The employees are very nice, responsible and reliable. The secretary in the office is extra awesome.
