Quest installed the last water heater on my house 9 years ago. It was a logical choice to have them do it again. I called at 830am and they were here by 1030! Ethan was great at explaining what needed to be done. I opted for the extra anode to extend the life of the heater as well. Ethan cleaned up the mess and it looks like I never had a problem. Their price was reasonable and their ser ice was Great!

Great customer service! Quest replaced two tankless water heaters for us and corrected some venting and safety issues that were left over after a major remodeling of our home several years ago. Matt immediately followed up with our initial concerns and we are completely satisfied with this job.

Kaitlin Morales was very helpful with the fixture selection process for the various plumbing fixtures used for our shower renovation project. Everything turned out great! And Briley and his crew did an amazing job with the removal of the old shower fixtures and the installation of the new Kohler shower fixtures as well as the installation of a new pressure relief valve.

I am happy to tell anyone who has a plumbing problem to call Quest Plumbing. If you want skilled professionals who will diagnose your problem and explain findings as well as make recommendations for a fix- then Lane and AJ are the team you want to help you! From the front door put on shoe covers; listened to problem as I described it then began investigation. When they found exact cause of leak gave me options, and proceeded to work the fix. As my Mother would say”Lane really knew his onions!!” I saw as he gave me a tutorial on the function of the tub/shower valve. I watched them do the job being care not to scratch tub. The were both polite cordial and professional. After job was done, Lane asked me to turn on tub water and check to be satisfied with his job. How unusual is that !!! And these guys seemed to really enjoy their job. I can say they really brought joy to my day ! Thanks guys!!!

If you’re looking for a plumbing company that will take care of your needs look no more. They installed a new water heater for us. A little over three months the pilot went out and I was unable to get it to work. Called Quest and they were out that day to correct the problem. The particular water heater had a recall on the pilot. Everything was taken car of with no problem.

I had Quest Plumbing provide me a second opinion on my cast iron pipes at my home after the first plumbing company misdiagnosed my pipes as being fully corroded and requiring a full reroute after they incorrectly performed the hydrostatic test since I have two sewer lines out of my home. Quest took a meticulous approach in the review of the cast iron and informed me that plumbers can sometimes get it wrong with cast iron. Quest found the pipes to be in good order and instead recognized breaks in the yard sewer lines that the first company didn’t check. I had Quest repair the yard lines and they did so on time and on budget. I then had Quest complete a hydrostatic test on my sewer lines under my home and passed, proving that the first company was mistaken in their assessment. I appreciate the work and diligence from Quest and from Briley, who oversaw the project and remained in communication over the project.

About a year ago Quest repaired my leaking bath/shower faucett. About two weeks ago it started leaking again. Ethan came out, repaired it and didnt charge me saying it was covered under their warranty. Been using Quest for a while..they are very fair and reasonable and their customer service is outstanding.

Great company! Ethan was excellent. Explained everything and fixed our broken pipe in our outdoor kitchen.

Quest plumbing is respectful and knowledgeable. They have serviced my plumbing needs for several years and Matt's father before that. They took care of a major sewer rerouting that required coordination with the city and my neighborhood HOA. There were no problems. Excellent Service. Matt was great during the estimate phase, and Ryan and Briley did a great job with some difficult "older home" infrastructure to complete the job to my specifications. They were all very helpful, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Polite and professional. Very hard to find in service oriented fields these days. The office staff was professional and helpful as well. Will definitely use Quest Plumbing again for my next project.

We recently discovered a significant water leak inside a wall around the foundation of our house. Quest responded quickly and using sophisticated detection procedures and equipment precisely located the leak on the first attempt and repaired it.

The two Quest service representatives who were sent, Juan and Briley, patiently explained the detection process and what would be involved. They went about their business professionally and efficiently. They also tested the integrity of our whole plumbing system and found a leak in the water heater supply line which they fixed. They were neat, organized and courteous throughout the entire process. Additionally, the Quest truck was fully equipped with all the equipment, parts and supplies needed for the job.
