Luanne was AMAZING! She was so easy to work with, she was very responsive, and always made me feel like I was her only client. We had an event at the Alamo. She arranged EVERYTHING, down to the heaters needed since it was cooler that night.
They gave us multiple options and had everything in the proposal.
I cannot say enough good things.

I have been planning corporate events for over a decade and, honestly as a control freak, I have a challenge trusting event coordinators to follow-up and follow-through on details. However, I knew within a day of working with Goen South, our event was in great hands. Ashley, the Event Sales Manager, had amazing attention to detail, dependability and creativity. She asked great questions, made suggestions that made our event better than I imagined and delivered everything she promised and more! If all event teams worked as well, as professional and as diligent as the Goen South team, all my events would be stress free!

They also take special time to make sure the entertainment or special event services they are using Are absolutely high end top drawer specialists. Plus Goen South makes sure the vendors have exactly what they need at each event. All of this to ensure the client gets the best possible experience. Morris Goen and his team are remarkable to work with. They are fast with responses, have clean proposals that are easy to read, and are willing to work with budgets as best they can. We had a high profile dinner here at the Hotel Emma that had an odd hollow square set design for dinner. The Goen South team took the look and trunks, lanterns, succulents, and other larger items to fit both the Emma feel and make it feel like a fantastic centerpiece so the void of the hollow square was not noticeable. It was a beautiful look and really wow'd the customer.

Carlos, Morris' designer and florist, is also amazing. I had a wake (last minute of course) and Carlos put together some beautiful and creative yellow flowers with white vessels. They were so subtle but added so much to the room, especially since the person who passed absolutely loved yellow flowers. The pieces were small and delicate and something I would never have thought to purchase.

Overall, I love that the Goen South team listens to what I need for any event and will put something together that fits. If it's not perfect, we tweak it, and perfection happens.

Goen did an unbelievable job at are National Sales meeting over 5 days at La Cantera in January 2019. We had the pleasure of working with Morris Goen has his team for 2 years in a row. Excellent transfer service from the airport for over 350 people, nightly events with amazing décor. Wonderful employees in the office and set up crew. Everything went great and the entire team had a ball, especially at 80's night, ask Morris for a photo. If you have a DMC need, GOEN is Five Star!

Goen South provided beautiful floral centerpieces and feast- style tables for a private dinner we hosted at the Hotel Emma. I cannot recommend the Goen team enough-- their florals were absolutely stunning and they did a fabulous job incorporating custom elements that fit our dinner's theme!

Dana and Amanda at Goen South are incredible - we planned an outing at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio and worked so hard on unique activities and experiences for the guests. We worked with Goen South on a conference we put on in April 2016. Best DMC I've worked with! Very professional, met all their commitments - and went above and beyond. They came to us with ideas and helped us pull together events for attendees that were great. And - they were there every step of the way - including during the events. And when there were glitches (which there always is something) - they took the lead in sorting things out - being creative at times - and our attendees were non the wiser. Goen South recently donated decor for a Studio 54 event hosted to raise funds for Fiesta Cornyation charities. From red carpet, velvet rope & stanchions, fabulous marquis lights, to an uplit bar, disco balls, silver drapery & linen, every detail was accounted for, the staff was professional & courteous and substantial money was raised for Beat AIDS, Thrive Youth Center, and the San Antonio AIDS Foundation.
