Just wanted to leave a review regarding the HERO program. These guys came and saved my. Had a flat tire due to road debris. Justin and Dylan were very fast and friendly they were able to help another Stranded driver with the same issue. You guys are life savers. I tried to do the survey but their system wasn't working.

I love this location! I think I have to come here for a driver's license replacement. Looking forward to it, they helped me on the access road once!

I just have to say thank you very much to Esmeralda in Tx Tag San Antonio I never got the survey but I promise she is the best person that I talked with, and she did her best to help me get my bills & credit back, because between TxTag and CTRMA , just because I was hacked into my account and my credit card was compromised, I had to cancel it and get a new one, but I did not remember that my CC was on the TX Tag account. Well I hope to God it’s all good now, because I have payed out too much money!

TEXDOT has notice to not leave children in hot car and that is great info but if you also add 5 more letters it would be even better. Please include “or pet” as well. Just rescued a pet n of course many situations have occurred and pets being left in autos too. I would also like to suggest another notice about ciggeretts. Please install notice to public “NOT TO THROW LIGHTED CIGGERRET BUTTS OUT OF CAR". With alots of dry grass by side of highways it’s so easy to start a fire. Please help our fire department out. Thanks for having this option available to us.
