The assistant manager Alex was so so helpful yesterday when I was shopping for my niece’s birthday present. It’s almost like she knew her personality exactly! I would definitely go back for her customer service alone. Thanks Alex!

I love the clothes and shoes here at Tillys, unfortunately they didn't have my size in the boots I wanted, so I will check back in a week or two. Maybe view it online.

Good place to get in and get out cute clothing, wasn’t really greeting until Kayla I believed acknowledged me! She was so sweet and could hear her greeting other customers.

Organized location and friendly staff at north star mall, but call to make sure they have the item you're looking for. I drove up there and asked for a shoe in a specific size. They told me they didn't have it but that the location at the outlets did. I was about to make the drive when I noticed I could purchase them online in the size I wanted at Northstar and do curbside pickup. I went back to the store told them I purchased them online and they told me they didn't have it so they canceled my order. Now I didn't want to drive all the way to the outlets just for them to tell me the same thing. I have ordered them online now but their tracking system is trash to say the least. It's been 3 days and every time I click on the order update it tells me to check back later. There's no tracking number either. Just an order number. I was told they'd be here by Friday, so I hope that truly is the case:(

There's a reason this store has a low rating. Terrible attitude. I don't usually care for online shopping but I can't wait till Amazon eats your store up.

Went to Tilly’s today to use a coupon I received when you spend so much $$$ there. Was told by the manager I could not use it. Long story short I went home and called customer support and not only got the pants with the coupon, I was told I had reward points on top of that. So I’m not sure what the managers issue was, but she needs better training and or communication on how to use coupons. Will not be going back to North Star Tilly’s.

Manger rebecca so rude and judgement. i felt so judged. Bad management they lost a LOYAL costumer. Never going back there again.

I love tillys, but recently I don’t know what’s been up with this location. The employees mostly manager are RUDE!! I went to go return some shoes I bought because they didn’t fit me and i didn’t know what to wear them with. And when I went up both “managers” said that they were worn and they couldn’t accept it back?? 1. I didn’t wear these shoes because they didn’t fit so how could they be worn?! 2. The shoe box had a “display” sticker on it! which shows why they looked “dirty at the bottom” which they didn’t even look worn! anyways She basically refused to refund me. And I wasn’t trying to argue so I will be coming back and getting my money back. And I will not be shopping from this location anymore. Do not come here!

Manager Rebecca was being very rude and didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked into the store and just stared at me with a blank stare. Gave me attitude and yelled at me because I tried signing my signature with the little black pen that didn’t even work and I wasn’t aware of it. I tried starting a conversation with her as well and she just ignored me and just was trying to get me out of her store, very unprofessional. This review is for the tillys in North Star mall.... I wrote the wrong review at the tillys at San Marcos by accident and it didn’t happen there.

Stay away from this over price place. Found a jacket on a rack for 50 bucks. The Hurley tag Said 50. It didn't have a Tilly's sticker. So they look it up and the web site says $98.99. Place is a rip off.

Manager Rebecca very rude while I was shopping in the North Star mall with my son. I’m surprised this place never went under, especially with such a tough year we are all in how can you be so rude. Was trying to get suggestions on pants and just staring like I was stupid.

The worst staff ever!!! The GM Matt is a mess! My friend who’s there and hates it! A lot of the managers steal from the store including the GM. So much favoritism going on and so much drama. Most of the managers should be fired!

Horrible staff and management! Don’t bother shopping here! Waste of time and they are rude and just plain cold!
