Got my new prescription after a five minute wait!

I waited an hour to receive a call back from CVS saying they were having trouble with Tricare & thought I should call DEERS.

I find the staff always friendly and fast. There are peak hours but the trick is to learn the slower times. Best mil pharmacy i ever used!!!

People were polite and courteous and didn't ask for mothers maiden name nor my shoe size before I could get my meds.

One of the better military pharmacies I've been to. I think it could be streamlined more to make it faster. I should never have to wait more than 30 minutes for a script.

If staff would stop chit chatting or fill prescription while doing so, we could get out of there faster. Some of us come in pain, and hard to wait hour and half.

I don't understand the purpose of putting phone numbers out for people to use if NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?!
