Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacist, is great very helpful, he made my day easier. He is very friendly, and informative. The pharmacy tech, was very friendly, smart and positive. I love this pharmacy, I definitely recommend it. They are fast and very professional!!!

The staff at Kitty Hawk are always helpful and friendly. If there's ever an issue, they are quick to do whatever they can to resolve it.

Had an issue with a medication I picked up a week ago. Price was unusually high. But when I got home to take it, there was something wrong, it is a special compound formula, well it wasn't working, called pharmacy explain situation, and they looked into it and called me yesterday to give me a refund, thanks for making things right

The pharmacy was clean staff was helpful and the line moved fast only problem was they only have two spots for curb side pick up so there was no place to park frustrating!! Had to go inside when I didn't want to go inside! MANAGEMENT HELP!

I just don't understand why it always takes them so much longer than a pharmacy.

As far as are the other reviews I agree this pharmacy is probably one of the worst in comparison to the other options we have. It seems like when a pharmacy tech is engaged with a customer and there is a line not a single of the other pharmacy employees will assist and tend to the next customer. Many times you have to wait while
an employee and customer enjoy their casual conversation just to conduct your business and be on your way. I'm not saying the friendly attitude is the problem but the fact that nobody else steps up is where they really shine. There was even a time when I was waiting in line being the next customer assisted and without warning or single word they closed the shutters down as I was just standing there. Apparently lunchtime was upon us and there were some very hungry pharmacists and pharmacy tech. so sure I understand why they would just shut the door right in your face without saying anything. It's shity customer service but I suppose it's one of those things you sacrifice for convenience

Pharmacists are rude and insulting. They deny a physicians prescription referrals and try to tell you that "you don't need these meds". Jenell, the pharmacy manager, is a poor excuse for a pharmacist and she should lose her license. Truly, she is a despicable person. She is a joke. She's rude and unprofessional. When I called to complain, nothing was done about my serveral terrible experiences. Only, two people who work in this pharmacy are good. Needless to say I have switched to a different pharmacy.

Denied me the right to get a prescription filled and didn’t bother to even communicate that until I went to pick it up. Also, the way in which they talk to customers is rude and insulting.

How sad that this store doesn't carry a single gluten free snack. How is that possible?!?
