Alamo Plumbing came to our rescue when no other plumbing companies would. Mr. Barrera and his hard wording crew were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. They enjoy a challenge and rose to the occasion. Communication is key and Mr. Barrera kept me updated throughout the entire process. They are very professional and are a delight to work with.

During the intensely cold weather earlier this year, we were without water and plumbers were busier than ever. Most companies were quoting me 2-4 weeks out for an initial visit. I called Alamo Plumbing and despite a busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in the next day! The plumber showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, and repaired the pipe on the spot. In no time we had water again! At a time when plumbing service was so in demand, I was pleasantly surprised that they maintained their reasonable rate instead of jacking up pricing as they could have done. Santiago and Pedro were both friendly, reliable, and very professional. Alamo Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service for all of our company's locations in the area.

Alamo Plumbing Solutions replaced my entire main line and updated all my downstairs plumbing in a 1928 house, including trenching and connecting the main line, venting, and replacing all pipes and a p-trap for the pedestal sink. Made sure everything looked great and quoted me a price far less than a leading national company. Came within one day (on a holiday too) when our electric company hit our new line while burying the wires and fixed it by the next day! Because of the great Texas freeze this week we had a pipe burst in our wall on Monday. We were able to call Alamo plumbing solutions on Friday and Santiago came out the very next day. he and his partner were both very kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our pipe fixed and water restored in under 2 hours!!! i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Santiago personally. i will now request them specifically for all of my future plumbing needs!

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a muddy spot in my front yard that would not dry up. After calling more than a few places I decided on Alamo Plumbing based on their great price. Charlie came out and immediately got to work digging. He found the leak faster than I expected and quickly fixed it, explaining his work along the way. The owner of Alamo Plumbing Solutions immediately took action and replaced our water heater without us having to wait too long. The workers were very professional and polite and the price was very reasonable. They took the old water heater and left the area very clean. I highly recommend this company.

They removed and replaced all of my gas lines from the meter to the house and appliances. Although there was a bump or two in the road, none were due to Alamo Plumbing. Alamo Plumbing Solutions was exemplary of providing quality customer service, workmanship, and timeliness all at a rate that was very competitive and reasonable.

Plumber was on time. In the case of replacing my water heater in my situation, the dryer had to be removed away from the work area. It had to be temporarily relocated to my den while the new water heater was being installed. the plumber, (Oscar) conducted himself in a professional courteous manner, was considerate of my property/furnishings, and handled moving everything with care.

After the water heater was successfully installed and the dryer relocated/reconnected back to its original location, Oscar also installed a pressure relief valve by the water main coming in to the house. Both jobs were performed in a manner consistent with the quality that I have come to expect and appreciate from Santiago/Oscar and Alamo Plumbing Solutions. Outstanding work. I recommend them highly. For all your plumbing needs, Alamo Plumbing Solutions is definitely the way to go!

So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a "authorization code" I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to "ship to shop" the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being "ship to shop" and then I was furious I called the "back line" to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!

Alamo Plumbing helped me with a camera inspection and let me tell ya, they use state of the art equipment. I work in Construction so I was very impressed that they were reasonably priced even when compared with my own contacts in construction! Most importantly, they knew how to work on my behalf to SAWS and because of them the City's contractor has to redo the sewer main up to my yard. Alamo Plumbing even made the arrangements with SAWS and SAWS is reimbursing their fee! Their service and value are unmatched in an industry of sharks. I am an Industry insider, Alamo Plumbing gets my highest recommendation!
