Very happy with the water heater replacement! Ours broke down right before the weekend (of course), so we went online trying to find someone who might call us back on a Saturday. Tony called and said they could take care of it! He also called the next day to confirm he was on his way. Very professional and great communication! Give them a call!

Had American Auger come out for a back up in my house that has been reoccurring for months now. They ended up finding roots in my sewer pipes and went ahead and repaired it with 2 days. They were very informative and let me know every step of the process, they didn’t leave any mess behind, were kind and very much reasonable on their pricing. I will only use American Auger Plumbing moving forward and I highly recommend them to anyone in San Antonio!

American Auger did a full sewer re-pipe on my historical home. I received an estimate from another company and wanted to shop around for a better price. American Auger appealed to me because of their good reviews. They quoted me a price that was almost $4k lower, so I went with them. It was easy to work with Tony throughout the project—he was always available to answer questions and coordinate different phases of the work. I don’t know anything about plumbing, but he sent me pictures of the completed project and it all looked ship-shape. It passed the city inspection and I got a five-year warranty. Owning a historical home comes with some added maintenance, but thanks to American Auger, plumbing is no longer one of my concerns. And… I can use that saved $4k on some of the other projects😉

Walked outside of my house, saw water coming from underbmy garage door. Opened it and found water all over the floor. The hour was late i called Elmers and they said that if i go on the on call list it would be 129 dollars for visit or i can wait till tomorrow and it would be cheaper. I startes calling again and found American Auger Plumbing. I spoke with Tony, he said that he did not have anyone available in area but he did say he would come out and check it. Tony was good on his word came out looked at it. It was a leak in the ceiling from my pipes. Due to the hour it was ni repairs could be until next morning. We got water off and they showed up next morning, Chris did and he repaired it. Great job in repair. Now i have water no leak and getting everything restored. Thanks American Auger Plumbing!!

Excellent service. Had them scheduled the day after Christmas for a water heater malfunctioning. After the problem was identified they drove all over town to find the appropriate part and get our hot water back. Will definitely utilize them in the future.

Brian and Chris came to my house after my garbage disposal and faucet had a leak, they replaced both quickly, making sure everything worked properly without leaks. I will be calling them again god forbid I ever need plumbing assistance again.

I recently had to call American Auger out for some plumbing issues we were having. They came out in a timely manner and were extremely attentive. This is the second time I have used American Auger to replace a hot water heater. They also installed a water softener the first time. They are hardworking, prompt, professional but personable. Price is good and they carry Rheem products which are highly rated. Definitely recommend them.
