My hot water heater went out over the weekend. I called Curtis first thing Monday morning and by the end of the day I had a new hot water heater. Great service! His team was polite and efficient. Will call again.

I have worked with Don, Jennifer, Brad, and Curtis for years on various projects, including a few urgent situations, in which they responded more promptly than I could have ever expected (same day, felt like they dropped what they were doing to make it happen). The whole family/team is very caring, pleasant, responsive, and easy to get ahold of. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, craftsmanship, and having good relationships with their customers.

I work for Reyes Automotive. We called Harrell Plumbing to fix a leak coming from a water line under our Parking lot. Harrell's plumbers arrived quickly and found the leak. They repaired it properly and by the next day we were back in production. Job well done!!

Curtis and team were fantastic. Great explanation of the work that was involved made sure I understood every part of the process before they ever started. The work is rock solid and was done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I just called them back for another project and will be singing their praises to everyone I know. Brad’s crew was amazing! My water heater exploded and they were on it in just a few hours. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.

Updated review. Just got my Water Heater replaced after 29 years! Harrell Team did a great job reviewing my needs and making recommendations. Within hours of the same day, they were out and installed my new WH in the attic no less.

I had a faulty shock arrester that caused a leak from my upstairs bathroom down my first floor wall. Curtis was extremely responsive when I called, listened to my concerns and was able to help me get an appointment same day. Leo came out and worked quickly and efficiently to identify the issue and resolve my problem. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and didn’t complain as he had to trek up and down the stairs to make the repair. I am so grateful to Curtis, Leo and Harrell Plumbing for their quick and quality response. I did not anticipate this to be fixed so quickly, and to be able to restore water before the end of the business day. I highly recommend Harrell Plumbing based on their service and expertise!! I’ve had a toilet install done and a blockage removed from the pipes, the staff was very efficient and timely with their work and arrival. They have been available when needed. I definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough about the great work done here. I have used them twice, and both times they did stellar work for a reasonable price. I'm using them again in a few weeks and intend to use them for all my future plumbing needs.

This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.
