Steve was great to work with. I had been hunting for a GMT II for years and while it took time, he helped make it happen. Great service that makes you want to come back.

Luckily, I came to know of Bachendorf’s from a friend. For quite a while now, I have wanted to surprise my father with a specific Rolex DateJust 36.

I went in one day and had the privilege of running into Arnaud, who is just an exceptionally pleasant person. I provided the specification I desired, and like a magician, he made it happen. As luck would have it again, I got the call just in time for Christmas!

The experience couldn’t have been smoother, from placing the request to patiently sizing the watch, to ultimately finalizing the purchase. I have literally zero complaints about my experience here. Only positive things to say and lots of gratitude.

I love this store! They always treat me like I’m family anytime I walk in. Laura helped me get my grail watch… new Submariner. She also helped me with just a normal silver chain. When they didn’t have the exact one I wanted, she ordered not only that one… but a few others to try on as well because she knew I’d probably change my mind. Haha

Any time I stop by they always clean my jewelry and get it all super shinny again too!

I can’t say enough about Sonia! She spent nearly 2 hours with my girlfriend and I while I purchased a watch and shopped for an engagement ring. It was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have ever had. Sonia was very knowledgable, incredibly friendly, and made my girlfriend and I feel like VIP customers.

Great service from Steve Sixta and the in house watch repair guy. I needed a small repair on my Rolex Sea Dweller and they made the repair while I waited and at a very reasonable price. Great customer service. BTW, it's the only repair I've needed on the watch in 25 years on daily use.

Neil is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He knew everything about each watch. They only sell serious made watches of high quality. Neil is a very friendly gentleman. They also have Mont Blanc pens and stick a wide variety. They have great Rolex, Breitling, and Tag watches. They are very low pressure and pleasant to deal with.
