Lone star medical transportation

Lone Star Medical Transportation did a wonderful job driving my elderly mom and me to a Sunday choir performance. They were early for pickup, proactive in finding us, safety-conscious, and courteous. I will definitely call them first the next time I need wheelchair accessible transportation for my mother.

I was a federal employee, far from home, needing a ride to get something done I’ve tried for 14 months to do. These people are exceptional. They worked for me to get it done. The drivers were great. When I called the day before to confirm, the operator even remembered my story. She told me, you’re going to get it done this time. I appreciated that. Caring people.

I was picked up by Jessica on Wednesday October 2, 2020. I have been using a service like this for the past 5 years and I just want to let you know that this was my most pleasant experience. Jessica helped me to the car and put my breathing machine in and plugged it up to her lighter. She helped me to the doctors office and was waiting for me when I finished. She was very patient and courteous. I love your company and would recommend to anyone! Thank you very much Lone Star and Jessica!!

Very poor customer service. Will never use again. Definitely would not recommend. I recommend you use another transportation service.

1 down side no logos on vans. They were late by 30 minute's. As a veteran we expected prompted timing.
