Manager is rude along with most of the employees. They will stand behind you at self checkout socializing amongst each other even holler across the store to carry on non-work related conversations, all the while both registers will be paging for associate help. One afternoon I was in the store and asked manager, JAMES, a question about adding rewards offers on my CareCard. He said he didn't know anything about that and promptly walked off. CVS thinks this guy is qualified to be a store manager but doesn't even have knowledge the stores members rewards program. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!! I have been accused of stealing multiple times; only to empty all my bags on the floor or give them the receipt for my subway pickup order I had brought in with me....because I wouldn't scan the drink I got from subway that CVS doesn't even carry....Another time I had been in the store for an hour (Googling which products were safe to use with my prefferated eardrum) when the girl working informed me that I needed to pay or get out because anyone in the store for an hour is stealing....Or the time I was picking up a few groceries, they didn't have any baskets or carts so I was using my own bag from home I always bring....the girl working approached me and asked if I planned on paying for all that....confused I said "yeah, why wouldn't I?" Her response was "Both Bags?". She was referring to my purse as well...she seriously wanted me to pay for the contents of my purse (which contained no items from CVS). I dumped the bag on the floor and dropped my purse open told her she could put everything in my purse back if she wanted to go through it, she didn't want to do that. Folks, I HAVE NEVER BEEN PICKED UP OR CHARGED FOR SHOPLIFTING/THEFT IN MY LIFE! I'VE NEVER GIVEN REASONABLE SUSPICION. If you'd like to be treated like a convicted criminal and addressed in a disrespectful, rude, inappropriate manner by employees from an insanely overpriced but conveniently located store you're giving your money to then THIS CVS IS FOR YOU!!

Tonight the two male cashier's had no idea what they are doing as far as coupons go, they are rude with no customer service skills, and cursing out loud. I left disappointed at what just happened inside a store I used to enjoy going in. Smh
