Great store for adults and children for fashion.

Love the styles here! Manager Asif was very helpful with my return. It's hard to find amicable staff during the holidays, I had a great time shopping at Zara.

Love the atmosphere. Hope you hire more cashier's. Line was very long only one cashier working. Normally I don't people watch but in this case I enjoyed it, so the wait in line wasn't so bad. 😎😁

I love this store, the one at the galleria is bigger but this place is better organized and has better customer service.

Retail is a terrible job to be in this day and age because everyone has this sense of entitlement and think very little of retail frontline workers. The zara customers set the tone of the atmosphere of the store and the employees. Most of the zara customers are rude entitled and impatient. They come into neat and tidy store that takes hours to set up and destroy it, they don’t want to leave when it’s time to close and have attitude when told it’s closing time. They talk to employees like they’re garbage and walk all over them, then expect them to hold their hands. You wonder why the staff is always low it’s because of the mistreatment. Employees can’t deal with the awful treatment they take from customer and I mean it’s terrible! The lines are long because we have a shopaholic problem here in America mostly due to online returns. Guests will come in with over 30 items to return when they can ship it back. That’s no way shape or form the cashiers fault. Granted the fitting rooms were closed due to COVID for a year (not a zara employee problem) but got berated for it anyway. Returns were high due to that, but that’s not the case anymore fitting rooms have been open for months, but these people still want to return handfuls of clothes. The employees take a lot of abuse as front line workers and the fact we cant defend ourselves due to the false saying “customers are always right” is ludicrous you should always be able to defend yourself if your being mistreated even if your at work. Nobody should be able to talk to anyone in a rude manner especially over CLOTHING!! People complain about zara but still come in every week with a bad sense of entitlement attitude.

I had no plans on buying anything when I walked in but the longer my girlfriend walked and shopped the more I walked and shopped. The clothes were stylish, funky, and eye-catching; not overpriced. The only thing we could not find was any size larger than an 8 in their jeans.

I would like to thank the sales staff here! They served me with respect and were extremely courteous while trying to find an outfit for my husband. The store seemed to be very busy but they made me feel like the only shopper in the store. You guys deserve a 5 star rating!

I believe prices and quality are great. Yes the store is always busy however associates always are there to assist you when needing something, whether you need a price check or looking for an item. Personally I've never had a negative experience.

THIS PLACE IS MASSIVE! Beautiful clothes and prime location.. (first floor of the Dallas Galleria spanning from Nordstrom's halfway to Macy's) Sales staff would have been friendly if they weren't so aggressive, but all in all a great store! I recommend it but don't go unless you have some time and patience..

This is a great place if you want to buy jackets. The store is just so full of jackets even in the Texas summer.

Choice of shirts and trousers and other clothing is limited.

Jackets are everywhere and so is all other type of clothing.

Make sure you go through each section because everything is spread out compared to different sections for different items.

Great styles, several modern aesthetics I really vibe with. More mainstream than earthbound/hippie-chic but far less conformist than, say, Macy's. Makes me think of late-20s fun-havers.. enough soapbox. The materials themselves never disappoint. Solid mall location.

I love Zara. I shop here but I also love Zara kids.. Saw a very cute baby shirt and my friend bought it for me haha. Went with her to shop for her 2 boys. Definitely will be shopping here for my future baby. In these covid times, they only use one checkout point, so be patient, there is a queue lol.

Fell in love with this stores inventory & the jacket right here omg! I will most definitely be back.

I would like to thank the young lady Acacia. She was the only one that served me with respect and courteous while trying to find an outfit for my husband. The store seemed to be very busy but the rest of the associates weren't respectful at all it, was horrible. I will not come back there anymore to purchase anything else. I hope the young lady get a better career she does not belong with those people. Thanks Acacia. You deserve a 5 star rating.

Very big store with quality items . Everyone helpful. I just wish they had more registers open to decrease time in line to pay for items.
