Dr. Williams made my day! She was so nice and professional, she made me feel very comfortable. She fixed a chip on my lower front tooth. I am Dr. Johnnie Birks and I am very pleased with my ongoing multifaceted dental care with Dr. Dao and his team. He displays accomplished dentistry work and service throughout each task, along with providing consultation regarding multi-specialty dental inquiries.

Dr. Dao and his whole staff were so kind! Striaght forward pricing! I don't remember the name of the hygentist but she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable. ( I'm terrified of the dentist) The billing clerk, receptionist was awesome as well, she explained all the costs and options thoroughly. Highly recomend!

Ms Wanda the hygienist was excellent in explanation of the procedure before and after. Very pleasant chair-side manner!

Went in for my consultation to get braces and left with braces on. The staff is very friendly and informative. I think I’m going to love it here.

It was a good experience. The procedure wasn’t as complicated or long as I had anticipated. And so far no pain involved. The doctor and his staff were very concerned about my well being, my concerns, and my comfort. I truly appreciate their compassion and commitment to my care.

I went in today as my temporary crown had fallen off twice! Surprisingly the new permanent crown had arrived and they put it in. Yaaa! No more temporary and on with life and being able to eat!

Had a great experience at Duncanville Dental. They were on time, friendly and the Doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant to meet and they were all such a nice representation of the Dental office. This was my first time going to this office, and I was very pleased with the pleasant reception when I arrived, Dr. Dao, the hygienist, and everyone associated with my visit. I will be returning for future dental work and I recommend them to others.

I’m retired and can honestly say that Duncanville Dental Care is the absolute ‘Best’ group of dental people that I’ve ever experienced. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, caring, understanding, flexible, and truly concerned with the health of your teeth. In addition, they are beautiful and very friendly people who love their jobs and work to be the best at what they do. You would have to look far and wide to find a group of dental professionals to match their caliber!!

I was pleased that I was seen about 20 minutes after the appointment time. I was treated courteously and effectively.
I was disappointed that you require more xrays than just a few, because I have had way too many Xrays in work done on my teeth in Mexico and the U.S.A. and my understanding is that the lasting effects are additive. However, that seems to be the requirement to get any cleaning; so, I will have to make another appointment.

The staff was so professional and assisted me when I needed help understanding what all was needing to happen with my dental work, they comforted me and reassured me during my financial challenges as well as offer credit services that could assist. The Doctor was amazing, was very personable even with other patients as I overheard her, and explained everything that was needed. The dental hygienist was very informative and I am looking forward to them completing all of the work needed that will bring me a healthier life and a Bright Smile. Can’t wait to chat with the ladies up front!

I have been going to this dentist for 10+ years. I have been having my teeth cleaned by Laura for many years and she always does such an amazing job. I always make sure to schedule my appointment with her. She is so amazing at what she does and is such a sweet and kind person!!

Friendly, clean and well organized.
The dentist Dr Dho is Great! And Lorna the dental hygienist is so sweet and caring she does the best for your teeth, she asks you questions, cares for the well being of your teeth, answers your questions, she tells the dentist what she sees and Dr Dho is on it!
They don’t rush you out of there.
