Great food, produce, cleanliness, etc... just wish they weren't higher on some of their prices. They aren't that much different than the duncanville Kroger, that's the best Kroger around

Grocery shopping at Tom Thumb is the best, quality in everything from food to service. The bakery is especially my favorite, they always come through with delicious treats. And my latest rave is over this delicious cake, that was a hit at my daughters birthday dinner. Everyone loved it, delish and beautiful!

Always open early and cleaned. You could find all your shopping list.
The staff are friendly and helpfully.
Opens 6 am it's the best choice in Duncaville area to get your stuff. But more expensive Wal Mart / WinCo

Great store and friendly service. I can always count on cleanliness, freshness and attentiveness every time I shop at Tom Thumb. I'm even able to personalize my son's birthday cakes from the bakery because we LOVE their cakes there. Judy is the absolute sweetest and most patient baker ever. She was able to turn my 4yo birthday cake into a monster truck ramp. He was so excited and proud to turn 4

Great customer service good selections just so thankful I can get my auto tags there and not only is the selection of food is good sometimes there are brick house women strolling down the aisle as well

Was shopping at Thom Thumb this morning after church. There was a lot of discounts that I had problems with trying to download on the app. When I tell you Yanni at self checkout was absolutely very attentive, positive and very helpful. This young lady of all of the young people who work there is by far the Best. Manager Antonio please recognize this young lady for setting the example of how customer service is suppose to go. I actually bought her a Starbucks gift card for her helpfulness.

I went to Tom Thumb's service counter and was completely confused about what I wanted. However, thanks to Tanner and his excellent customer service it was made simple. He was patience and explained things along the way, all with a smile on his face. I wish there were more Tanners around. Good hire Tom Thumb!!

I used the pick up order service for the first time this week. I was hesitant because a good portion of my order included fresh produce and meat which I generally select carefully. My order was filled by Melissa and she gets five giant stars from me. Every item of produce was perfect and carefully bagged. As I had expected, Melissa did have to substitute several items. The substitutions she made were appropriate and met my needs. Pick up was smooth and I had my groceries in less than five minutes.

I want to review this Tom thumb because there's an older lady that worked the seafood department tonight and she went out of her way to pick the freshest seafood for me. She washed it before she bagged and tagged it. Now that is 100% customer service. She was so nice and I always get nice friendly people at whenever I visit this Tom thumb but she went above and beyond and deserves an honorable mention but I don't like to post people's names in my posts. I hope the manager reads this because she deserves recognition for her service. Way to go!

A little pricier than other grocery stores but they often have really good sales. Love the produce section!

The young man in customer service was awesome. He knew how to multitask, and that kept the line moving. I told him how I appreciated that. More employees like him are needed. I wish I had gotten his name. Thank you.

Always clean and friendly. Just don't like Tim thumbs prices even with being a club card member. Easier than going into Wal-Mart.

Always the best stop for groceries and the cashier Adrianna is pretty daggum efficient and kind, she always gets me out asap!

They always have what I need, and there is always some sort of sale going on! I love all the friendly associates also! Great place to shop!

Went in to get my registration sticker. Was in and out quickly. The front end was clean and neat. The woman that assisted me was friendly and helpful. Patricia is the best!!!

I Ordered 200 hundred pieces of chicken some fried and some baked. Pick up time between 12:00pm 12:30pm! When I arrived they had the chicken already in a basket and it was Hot and Fresh! The Staff is Very Friendly! Best experience Ever! Thank You Tom Thumb! Chicken was SOO GOOD!!!

Visited this morning and had a great experience. Sanitizing wipes were readily available. The store was less than crowded. The produce looked picture perfect and the store was amazing clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Them seemed happy to be at work. Great overall atmosphere.

Great pharmacists and technicians at the pharmacy

Large containers of sliced mixed fruit, watermelon, cantaloupe for $4 each if you buy three. Not a sale price. It's great fruit at a great price.

Same with large containers of guacamole. Three for $12. Best price anywhere.

And they have grass-fed hamburger, 93% fat free. That's the healthiest hamburger one can buy.
