This place is awesome, everyone in it is awesome, and I'm so glad to have found it. I have been in a handful of times over the last few months and had been impressed each time by the staff and the product selection. They're all very helpful and knowledgeable but the short haired lady, who I think is a manager, was especially knowledgeable and welcoming. I foster animals for a rescue so I'm usually looking for products and/or solutions for a specific new issue with a new foster and don't always know what I'm looking for. The first time I went in I was searching for supplements and food for a severely malnourished nursing female dog and she helped me find everything I needed.

Those were good experiences but last week sealed the deal and now I'm officially in love with this store. I took my Great Pyrenees in for a bath in the do-it-yourself dog wash and everything about the experience was great. First of all, brushing, bathing, and drying a Great Pyrenees is not a tidy activity anytime but this time she was especially hairy even after I brushed her out as much as I could at home. I got there late, about 7:30 p.m. and they close at 9. There was no irritation or awkwardness from them when I showed up which happens a lot when you get to a store near closing time and I actually kind of expected it on this night. Instead, they were so pleasant and helpful and got me everything I needed to bathe her including extra shampoo and conditioner and even helped pick the best kind for her.

Bathing her went off without a hitch but when it was time to dry her with their awesome high powered dryer, I realized that I had loosened up a ton of her undercoat. It was blowing around everywhere like a snowstorm. I was mortified because the dog wash is in an open area in the back of the store so all of her fur was flying all around in the air. I was very conscious of the mess we were making and looked around nervously expecting to see irritated glances from the workers who were starting their closing duties in the store. I decided to stop drying her prematurely because of all the hair that was blowing around and one of the girls turned me around back towards the dryer and offered reassurance that it really wasn't a problem and that they didn't mind cleaning it up at all and told me to finish her and not worry about it.

I finished about 30 minutes before closing time and even though I know it had to have been a pain in the butt for them to clean up all the hair they never made me feel bad about it and I appreciate them so much for that. I will definitely be going back for all of my pet needs and will even go back to use the dog wash on my big furry beast and hopefully they don't get tired of seeing us walk through the door.

I actually kind of wish they had one of the dryers to rent out like a rug doctor so I could create our huge snowstorm mess at home somewhere instead of blowing it all over the store. I'm pretty sure there's still Dakota fur on all the top shelves and hidden corners of the store...

I freaking love this place it is so awesome! I have never seen anything like it, I live in Tyler and anytime I come up to the Dallas area I have to go! They have a super convient dog wash station in the back for $10! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the best part look at those adorable dog treats (pictured below) they even have animals you can buy! The store is pretty much split into a dog and cat side so whatever your creature I highly recommend them!

During Texas Snowmageddon 2021...we live in our RV (Fifth wheel) and were so busy getting it prepped for negative temps...we forgot we needed more kibbles...we did call the store first and they said they were open and had electricity...SO, we HAD to go out and LUCKILY, we found the nicest, kindest people who let us come in their store, which had no power because it had JUST gone out...they helped me find the Dog Kibbles we needed as well as their last little sweater for our Sofie and we just want to thank them for 1. Being open 2. Even after they had no power (I did pay cash) 3. They helped me with kindness and smiles! Thank you to the manager Nancy and her AWESOME employee Cassidee! Thank you-beyond! Fantastic selection food, toys, and accessories a variety of animals. My dog, Ruger, really enjoys available area for bath time and the resulting treat. Pricing is competitive online resellers. Especially when items are marked down for sale.

Pet Supermarket has a great selection of dog food and very reasonably priced. Join their members club to acquire discounts and coupons when you purchase products. Employees are super friendly and very helpful. A great place to take the kids when you shop, mine love petting the cats and looking at the rabbits, hamsters, etc.

The employees they are always helpful. There are do it yourself dog baths that don't cost very much, supplied aprons and towels for your use. This is my go to place for everything pet related. Their sales, the pet supermarket rewards, and the people. They also have rabbits, ferrits, birds, fish, hamsters, & cats, all for adoption.

Alexa always takes great care of us..helping us to make the right choices..always making a friend with Mia..we enjoy our visits with everyone being helpful and friendly we are definitely loyal to you thank you for your service !!♥

Oh... Almost forgot to mention they have a bathing station and several small animals, fish to choose from. They always looks well cared for and we've often enjoyed hanging out with the rabbits, kittens, etc. Our hearts are open but our home is full. Maybe picture next - I'm just in there so often I don't think about it

I have been in there from aquatic supplies to furr and scaled babies supplies. The price matching is BY FAR the most helpful thing these guys allow you to do! They are patient and usually very knowledgeable when you get a staff members help, if they can't then they will find someone who does! Been going here for almost 5 years now, only place I'll go if I don't have to go to a big store 😁 just have patience, they are a popular store!

First of all, I want to mention that I am not the person that leaves reviews. I appreciate good quality, standards and customer service, but I usually just display my thanks by going back. However, this is my first time going to a local fish store and I have ordered online, bought from chains, etc. and let me just say, this is the best experience that I have had in a LONG time. Not just with pet stores, but any store. Everyone was wonderful and greeted me at the door and while this store may not be as big as the chains, their hearts are bigger and they have the products that are important, not just as much as they can stock for a low price. I bought 8 green corydoras and the guy that helped me was incredible and answered my questions while also providing extra information. Thank you all so much and I will be going here from now on. Great job!! I'll see you Monday for about 10 Rummynose Tetras :)

I can never leave this place with only what I came for. There are just so many great products! The staff is super friendly and helpful, I've never come across a staff member that didn't look happy and ready to help. I've yet to use their self serve bathing station because I own a grooming shop, myself. But as a dog grooming shop owner, I can say that the set up is amazing.

Was assisted by Tovin (I don't believe that was his name, but it did start with a "T") the other day, and I just have to say: I haven't met a more conscientious person his age (under 25) in a very long time. When I came in, the phone was ringing. He greeted me, and I asked if they had feeder rats to which he replied, "yes" then he answered the phone, and I stood there waiting. When he got off the phone, he said that was rude of him and apologized. I told him I realized he answered the phone because it was ringing and it was the natural thing to do. We had a good chuckle. He assisted me with the rat and while he was checking me out, the phone began to ring again. He finished ringing me up, and said goodbye to me before he answered it. which I thought was very sweet and totally not necessary. I called the next day to brag to his manager. The whole thing was minor but just kind of made my day...and apparently beyond, because I'm still thinking about it over a week later. After working in customer service for 2 decades, it's nice to actually get some in return.

I love how friendly and helpful everyone is! The store is well stocked for all our many pets and there are a lot of in house perks which the staff remind you of! "Hey you have 5 dollars reward on your account, would you like to use it?" Ugh yeah!!! I wasn't even expecting it so super thanks! Also programs like buy a certain amount of food bags and get 1 free. I love this place!

They had anything I could think of needing. Prices were about on par with PetSmart. I'll go back
