I had an amazing customer service experience with Justin I have to share with y’all because this man deserves recognition. I normally never ask anyone for help finding things but this time had no choice. I found Justin in the produce aisle stocking vegetables and asked him for help finding an item. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me and we had a difficult time trying to find the item I needed. After a little while I gave up and went on to shop for other things and about three minutes after that, Justin tracked me down and was able to find the item I needed hidden behind other items. Excellent customer service and Justin made my day. Thank you so much Justin

Had a great experience using the bakery department. Placed my order at the counter and received my order the next day. I ordered cupcakes with the whipped icing. DELICIOUS! Definitely was a hit at my Daughter's Birthday Party. I will definitely use them again in the future. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I absolutely appreciate our Neighborhood Kroger.

This is my all-time favorite Kroger store because Clayton who works in the deli always helps me to pick the best pieces for my eight piece baked chicken that I buy from here weekly! He always goes above and beyond for me I feel like this is my hometown grocery store 😃

I went to Kroger Monday night and I left my wallet there. Luckily for me someone returned and I got it back. Thank you 🙏 good person that returned my wallet

I went shopping today and had very little grocery money for this week and I came up short at the register and was digging through bags to put things back. Erin the supervisor came over and paid for the rest of my groceries!! It was such a nice gesture for a momma with two kids in the cart for her to do that when she didn't have too. That bit of money will help us get through the week and was so thoughtful. THANK YOU!!! Erin was the supervisors name and Michelle was the cashier who was also nice and polite to us. Keep up the great work we will be back for sure!!

There were at least 2 associates on staff. The gentleman handling our services was excellent at providing great service, knowledgeable, and quick to offer what deals they have available. He even offered other deals/products available. The name brand is worth its value. You pay a little more here for the merch... but the value of services and discounts makes it worth the while.

Always clean, friendly staff. Recently had a refresh / remodel inside and it looks great. Produce area is so much nicer now.

I like this Kroger because of the guy who works for Deli department Mr Fred. He is super friendly and nice. He really takes care of customers.

Always clean the employees are always nice very nice laid out pathing for shopping their bakery has great bread their floral shop has many great bouquets of flowers 10/10 great groceries prices and savings as well

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and every time I have been in there they have plenty of lanes open so you are not waiting forever in line. Most of the time they have enough baggers and they are even nice enough to push your cart to the car for you if you need it. You just don't get customer service like that anymore and that is a big deal to me. Plus the points!!

Kroger in South Denton is a great location. I visit this location often to purchase items for lunches at work and I purchase fuel from this location on a regular basis. The only large drawback is the traffic on Teasley. It can be very difficult to get in and out of this location especially in the mornings and afternoons when Guyer High School is dealing with traffic. I have recently begun to experiment in the realm of Sushi and I find that their Sushi counter is one that is great. It is always stocked with extremely fresh and Date/Time stamped products. Also the staff in the counter is extremely knowledgeable and understanding about the fact you may not be ready to jump into huge chunks of raw fish. I have also found the deli and butcher counters to be staffed with knowledgeable associates that are willing and eager to help you. Finally, if my insurance still allowed me to use Kroger then this would be the only pharmacy I would use. They have been outstanding and helpful every time!

I often visit this location at least twice a week and never have any issues. Fresh and clean produce, good deli options and shelves always stocked, and something I need is always on sale.

The store is clean and well stocked. I was able to find all my purchases easily and quickly.
The employees are friendly and helpful. You can get fuel, prescriptions, flowers and groceries all at one location.

Take great care of their customers!

How does a store like this run out of coffee? Sad but true. However, this is not the norm for this Kroger's. The store is always clean and they have a good meat department. Just my bad luck on the coffee. lol

This location is always stocked and rarely out of any items our family of 7 buys. Employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. We also use the pharmacy at this location and they are always on top of things. Would highly recommend this Kroger.

Great prices. Their baked goods are the best. The store is very clean. It is easy to find what you are looking for. Wheel chair accessible. They also have a lot of room for parking.

Best grocery store ever - great fuel prices too. This is my favorite grocery store because of its size (small and contained - doesn't kill you to walk through the store), excellent service/staff, cleanliness/organization, pricing and fueling station.

Kroger is my most favorite store to shop. Produce are fresher than walmart, more variety than Target, and cheaper than Sprouts. Surprisingly, it has just 99% of the brands that I prefer on a weekly basis.
