T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

We came into T-Mobile 1 and a half hours before close. Once walking in we got helped immediately by Nicholaus. He was very informative, gave all options available and even when I was being a little difficult he didn’t skip a beat. His customer service was phenomenal and got us out the door with a great deal! We were having issues pulling my number over from Verizon and he never gave up, ended up getting everything solved. Took a little over an hour but he was very entertaining, funny, and knew how to get the customer what they wanted! Thank you and I hope you enjoyed your Taco Bell that night, we did! We love our phones and the service that came with it!

We have visited several stores in the area that have made us think twice about having service with tmobile. The employees at this store are absolutely amazing. Kind courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We will travel the 20 miles to visit this store and its employees whenever we need help in the future.

This particular T Mobile store is fantastic. We've had issues with T mobile stores on 114 and on University in Denton. Liz and Andy took care of our problems. The other stores could learn a thing or two about customer service because they don't have any. If you want to be treated like a human being and not like another number go see these two. Super cool staff. Went in on 9/6/23 to swap a phone and upgrade another line on my account. Had the pleasure of working with a new Tmobile employee, who was quick to ask her manager questions when she wasn’t sure… the manager was super busy, but kept his cool and was eager to help his new employee. Had some issues with the phones switching over, but they got us taken care of and the service was amazing. Customer service can be tough, but this store kept it cool even when they were super busy. I’d give 6 stars if I could :)

Teni was awesome. Friendly, knew her stuff and was calm and patient.

She was the only one there and she did a damn good job multitasking and helping me and another customer. Even grabbed another pad to help me on while she was holding for customer support on another line for the other customer. Love how she was looking for ways to use all available time. I'd steal her from t mobile in a heart beat. She represents the company well.

The only thing that would have improved my experience was no fault of hers. But that is if she had help in the store. I would have like to see her set up for success and more supported by t mobile corporation and provided more help on a busy Saturday.

She did a great job and should get all the praises. It just took longer to get done what I needed because she had to help two people at the same time. A third walked in but when she realized there was only 1 employee working with 2 people ahead of her, she left.

My husband and I recently visited this store and our service was amazing. We had the pleasure of speaking with Megan as we were opening new lines and buying devices. She explained to us new line promotions and deals and she answered all of the questions we had. We felt completely taken care of and our switch was easy. Megan and her manager were both very kind to us, these guys will take care of you!

Recently transferred my cell phone and my mother's cell phone accounts from AT&T to T-mobile. We went into the store at Teasley Lane in Denton. The staff was wonderful! They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the plans we were interested in and helped us choose the best one. We were able to transfer my phone the same day. My mom's phone needed some extra steps which they explained in detail and were able to assist my mom in transferring her phone over within 48 hours. Highly recommend!

Kaitlyn helped set up Scam Shield on my phone just a few days ago and it has already blocked 59 unwanted calls!! Very friendly staff, will come here again.

This location and staff exceeded my expectations. I was greeted politely and was provided with exceptional service. A very knowledgeable operation. I was educated and brought up to speed with new plans and technology availableto me. This was my best experience with phone service. I would highly recommend this location. Side note: Kelly gives a proper handshake, which speaks volumes. 🤙🏼

We arrived in this Denton store shortly before 7:30pm tonight. The store closes at 8- I could not say enough good things about Jasmine and Michael! They spent their Friday evening taking care of us. I took my elderly mother into the store to see if she was eligible for an upgrade. She had a LG. Did you know LG doesn’t even make phones anymore!?! They were patient and kind. Michael is funny too. They listened to her ramble on and explain things repeatedly, she is near deaf, and they helped her get a phone. My mom thinks they both deserved a raise! Please give these nice folks your business! Kudos to Jasmine and Michael for both doing their job well and being kind. They turned what could’ve been a beating into a fun evening! ⭐

Drew was very helpful and friendly even tho it was his 3rd day there he helped us get in and out as quick as he could! New phone is great! 5 stars for Drew

Harrison helped me get a new iPhone XS and made the whole process really enjoyable!

Google wouldn't let me do another review but I felt like I should share my second encounter with Harrison.

When he sold me my iPhone XS he told me about the T-Mobile phone insurance and how it covers the protective screens you can buy I was impressed and ended up getting one. I had to get it replaced today and he remembered me as soon as I walked in and I happily waited for him to be done with his customer.
yet again I had another great visit with Harrison! I would recommend him to everyone.

Harrison and Cat did a wonderful job of helping us out tonight. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I may live closer to a different t mobile store, but I’ll take the drive to visit this one because their customer service is second to none! They even stayed after hours to ensure everything was okay.

Switched my business from Verizon to T-mobile with the help of Erica at this location. My experience was quick and easy thanks to her and she helped me find the best deal for the exact needs of my business. The team there really made the experience memorable and I will be coming back to this store for any of my T-mobile needs!

Had the pleasure with working with Akela who helped my husband and myself. Wow she was amazing, took her time and was very personable and professional. Ask for her she is super knowledgeable to us old folk who are not so techy. Thank you again Akela!

Great customer service from everyone I have encountered. Ended up signing up for service and getting the new iPhone with Khan! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me thing I needed and was a painless process. Highly recommend!

Stopped by this location today with some questions, since I was thinking about switching from Verizon. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly to say the least. They went over different phones, features, coverages, apps. Etc. with me. They went over all of the possible discounts as well, so I ended up making the switch. Got new Samsung phones with better plans for less than we were paying at Verizon. Also once I got home they notice another discount I was eligible for and contacted me to have it added. I would highly recommend visiting this location. By far the best experience I've had with a cell phone company.

We were having trouble with our phone connecting with our car especially with navigation and consistent Bluetooth connectivity. Harrison came out to our car and showed his happiness about teaching us. He was most patient and spoke to us at our level, yet I did not feel talked down to. He figured out the problem and then went over it with us a couple of times until we got it. I would highly recommend this helpful, patient, and kind young man to assist you with any problem

My Husband and I went in for a simple transaction and it turned into an hour and half chore... The young man.. Harrison, that assisted us went above and beyond to resolve our issue, without hesitation!! He was very courteous, helpful and overall knowledgeable...he was a true " T-Mobile Expert. " Honestly he is the type of reps tmobile needs more of. We will go as far as to say his name should go for the next management position available. Honestly guys....this is the best experience we've had with any Tmobile Rep!! We've previously had an experience with one of their female reps and that was shy a hair of the this but, very pleasant too. I won't lie.. we've had a couple of encounters not so great but overall..we would choose this location over the one on loop 288. Highly recommended!!
